Went in with high hopes but was sadly disappointed. From the customer service to the food it was all terrible. We first ordered and the woman who took our order got my order completely wrong and didn’t even take my friends after he specifically told her what he wanted. Now understand there was a language barrier as she seemed to only understand Spanish but when her English comprehending colleagues came to assist they were no better. The other women simply dumped my mistaken order out onto a tortilla which is when I notched the behemoth mountain of rice that was soon to be my burrito. They then topped the burrito with a measly 6-7 pieces of cut up shrimp and beef as I ordered the Hibachi Papi. At this point we realized they didn’t even take my friend’s order who went before me. Next was checking out, they overcharged us for an extra drink which is no big deal but the gentlemen’s refused to admit it and I had to go as far as to calculate every item out for him to even consider recalculating the bill.
Once we got home and I bit into my burrito, from beginning to end it was just rice and sauce. Absolutely disappointing and furious I paid $53 for essentially mountains of rice. I wish I would have just went to Taco Bell across the street. Stay away from this place,...

While I had a bad experience my first time, Bubbakoos was kind enough to refund me and give me a credit for my experience. The food was delicious and I look forward to trying them out again for a more positive experience. Thank you Bubbakoo's for rectifying the situation and for your apology. Your customer service was great!

I’m am beyond disappointed with my experience today. I ordered my food at 5 for a 545 pick up. Got there at 535. I waited with my child who was growing continuously impatient and restless and watched people come, sit down, eat, and leave. At 613 I went and asked about my food and explained my wait time and was told “sorry we will remake it”. I continued to wait until 626 when I watched someone who had a 620 pick up get their food. I ultimately got my food and left at 630. Not exactly the best first impression. Honestly based on the taste of food it would have been a five star review because it was really good. But the fact that I was left to wait so long even after I spoke with an employee and got an apology, was frustrating and the fact that they continued making other peoples food who showed up after me even after bringing it to their attention was disappointing to...
Read moreThe food was done fast and fresh. However I'm not a fan of their upgrade tactics. I was in on Friday, I ordered a rice entree and the staff member asked which cheese sauce I wanted. He didn't say a word about an upcharge and when i got to the register the price was 30% higher than the item I ordered. The cashier, a different person that the queso pusher, explained it was an upcharge. I wasn't looking to add 3.00 worth of queso and would have declined if he had actually mentioned that the queso was an upcharge. Is 3.00 a big deal? no, not really. Is it shady to ask which kind of queso you want without mentioning that it is an upcharge.... absolutely. If i couldn't afford that 3 dollar upgrade would they have thrown the food away? Especially now when everyone is tight on funds, the upcharge should be clearly stated VERBALLY. This tactic of driving up transaction amounts is just waiting to embarrass someone and it needs to stop.
Edit: I reached out as requested and gave the full detailed tale. I left all of my contact info, have...
