I wish there was a rating of no stars because the customer service I have received. The times I have interacted with them had been horrific I felt like I was a nusence to them. I haven't wrote a review before but tonight was the last straw. I CALLED AT 10:38 for my order to be delivered mind you I live less then five minutes away. The manger today me 30-40 minute wait I was fine with it but 45 minutes went by and I called to ask about my order the manager answered with a very annoyed tone and told me my order would be be there in less than five minutes and if it wasn't there in five minutes to call back and ask for Michelle.so I did just that but instead of waiting five minutes I waited 7 could be a little busy I called back and another worker answered and said there was no Michelle at that location when previously the woman who answer me told me she was Michelle so I was just like OK and started to explain how I was calling about previous order that I've been waiting 45 minutes he's OK give me a second and put me on hold for more than 10 minutes .after just 10 minutes went by I got tired of waiting so I decided to call from my friends phone and surprise Michelle answered so so I explained to her how her coworker had just told me there was no Michelle there have put me on the line for 10 minutes on hold after hearing this she told me that it was the new coworker who and he did it know her how can that be when she's the manger.I kept explaining myself and she kept getting more more angry towards me she kept telling me that she already knows that and if I wanted to I could call the franchise office that you would explain everything like she really didn't care if I did or not if I reviewed the place is seems to me they do not care about the customer or there franchise owner to be giving such horrific service I will post this on every form of social media there is so people don't go through the same thing I went through I never felt so poorly treated by a business. On April 9th, I placed an online order for a 12-inch medium hand-tossed pizza, specifying half with chicken and pepperoni and the other half with chicken, black olives, and onions, requesting it well-done. Upon receiving the pizza undercooked, I contacted your store and spoke with Manager Daniel, who offered a complimentary remake for my next order due to my inability to return immediately, as I was caring for my daughter.
However, when I attempted to redeem this offer on April 11th, adding only boneless wings to the order, the issues compounded. Not only was the replacement pizza incorrectly made as a pan instead of hand-tossed, but it also did not reflect the modifications requested. Upon notifying Daniel of this mistake, his response was unexpectedly unprofessional; he raised his voice, used inappropriate language, and ultimately hung up the phone on me, further exacerbating the situation.
Further attempts to address the problem in person only led to more frustration. Daniel’s demeanor remained unprofessional, and his avoidance to engage in resolving the issue was concerning. The eventual remake of my pizza was again unsatisfactory, as it was burnt to the point of being inedible. This level of service is unacceptable and not reflective of the values promoted by Domino’s.
As a regular customer, I am disappointed and hope for a swift response to this complaint. It is crucial that managerial staff at your establishments are capable of handling customer grievances professionally and effectively. I trust that Domino's values its customers and will take immediate steps to address these failures in service...
Read moreOrdered on the website. They have a way of tracking your order and where the driver goes like on doordash or Uber eats. Watched the driver never come near my location and go straight back to the restaurant after dropping off another order. Suddenly the website says order delivered. Called the store to see what happened and they claimed that because I didn't answer when he called, he brought the food back to the restaurant. This makes no sense seeing as I prepaid and he could have just left the order outside, they have contactless delivery. I checked my phone and no one tried to call. Nothing was blocked and there were no voicemails left. If I didn't answer why didn't he leave a voicemail. Finally brings my food a half an hour after I was supposed to receive it, then stares at me like he's going to actually receive a tip. So it took an hour to get my pizza which was lukewarm. The pizza had toppings that I didn't order and they brought the wrong drink. I wouldn't order from here again if my life depended on it.
