We are a long time customer of this store and we noticed how it went down the the hill in the last few months. So I was in the store at 2:30 PM and oat milk was already out of stock. So I said to make my iced drink with regular milk. After waiting 25 minutes or more, I get a hot drink. I asked the girl at the register to replace it and I told her that I already waited 25 mins …. so if she can make it quick. She says to me to we were busy and that’s why it took So long. But basically the people that came 15 minutes after me got their drinks and had left but essentially they were busy and then the attitude instead of apology. I don’t know why all the Starbucks stores hires more people and train their employees. On a weekday at 3 PM it should not take 25 minutes to make a simple drink. We avoid this store for the most part now unless we really need the coffee. It’s kind of sad how the stores has been doing so bad when it comes to customer service and making good drinks. The same Starbucks drink tastes different in every store and you can never guess which drink would come out ….super delicious or the worst ever. You just have to order, keep your fingers crossed, hope and pray...
Read moreThis is specifically for the store manager “Cuc Nguyen”. Came to this store on a Monday afternoon and ordered their spring boost special, brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Received it fairly quickly and upon receiving it and trying a sip of it, there was no brown sugar as mentioned on the menu. I thought i was mistaken but when i went up to tell them, the gentleman named “Dyosa” was too busy making other drinks that i had to stand for over 10 minutes just to get his attention, he immediately started making a new drink without even saying anything because he clearly saw there was no brown sugar in it. I’m glad their mistake was taken cared of right away but what i didn’t like was standing there for over 10 minutes just to get something that should have been taken cared of in the first place if they were focused on making quality drinks. Customer satisfaction should be their first priority and should be right away without having to wait over 10minutes for something that i already ordered before other customers. Bad service wouldn’t come back...
Read moreThis place gets packed! I placed an order online to pick up but so did everyone else it seemed. There was a full staff racing around behind the counter trying to keep up but we're still falling behind because of the amount of orders coming in. Staff mentioned they were 20 minutes behind on orders at that point so I asked to cancel my order and be on my way. I only had 1 drink on my order so they were able to make it and get me out the door. I really appreciated that! I felt bad for all the workers doing their best but not being able to keep up. Perhaps Starbucks can make some adjustments to the app so they don't keep selling drinks for pick up 10 minutes after the order was placed. The app should have set pick up for 30 minutes from ordering and I wouldn't have placed it rather than showing up and having to ask the staff to take time from trying to catch up to cancel my order. Staff was great! Starbucks not so much 😒. I hope the employees are well compensated for...
