Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Rib Mountain

If this place makes money after a year I’ll be surprised. Management here sucks and really needs an overhaul. So let’s get into it. The food was cold, uncovered, dry, and mostly tasteless and way over priced

While we tried to order one of the workers was talking so loud to the cook who was letting her grill smoke and burn leftovers on it that the guy taking our order couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear him. Not only did they not tell the employee to be quiet he got louder as we advanced down the line.

The floor was dirty. Food all over. 6 spots I counted with large pieces. I can see the rats and mice having a field day here.

The bathroom was unimpressive. For a new place it was already dirty and you can see not long from now they will be disgustingly filthy

They would rather stand around (I think 7 of them) and talk loudly rather than clean the place up. We were there 30 min and only as we were leaving did someone start to clean. I watched the cook try to learn how to remove all the burnt food from the grill. That was funny. Good thing those are tough but I doubt it will last long.

As you can see in the picture. The excessive amount of water in the rag. Didn’t lift anything up or out of the way. Just wiped around hitting the straws getting them wet with a dirty rag and then running it over the edge of the clean unwrapped silverware you use to eat your food. Might want to bring your own.

Before he wiped down that area it was disgusting and the floor was worse but no one tried to clean it until almost closing time.

I’ve worked in the food industry for over 20yrs. If this place doesn’t fail FDA checks then someone is paying someone.

I moved from California 14 years ago. Chipotle was a staple in High school & college. I was excited to see one coming to Rib Mtn. I waited after they opened & decided to finally try it this evening. The food was good, but the issue was the staff looked like they all hated being there. I didn't remember how Chipotle worked it would've been nice to have been greeted, told my options, so on. There was one table in there at 8pm. Couple Togo's and Doordash orders and only one out of the four employees really working. He cashed us out and was preparing some of the Togo's the only one that apologized for the wait, the unorganized restaurant everything, he should've been the manager. The guy making our food just looked like he didn't want to be there. The prep cook was messing around distracting the other employees going out and in of the prep area, walking outside, and his area you can see to the right side of the register was filthy, lettuce, pico, etc just all over. The restaurant was disgusting, lemonade was out, all there fresca waters were out except one that had enough for about 2oz. The lady which I assume was the manager was temping which was great but other than that gave little to no direction to her employees. Like I said flavor of food was just as I remembered but they have some things they should get together. Won't be going back...

Tried the Rib Mtn location for the first time yesterday and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. My wife and I ordered two bowls and the lady making them was nice, but she had to scrape the bottom of every container for everything we wanted on the bowls and they said it was a 10 plus minute wait for new ingredients. I feel bad for the people behind is in line. Once the bowls were made the person at the cash register tried charging us for double meat when we ordered regular. If they thought we had double meat that is horrible because we barely had anything on the bowls. Then after hearing that we only ordered regular meat the manager went and yelled at the worker who made our bowl right in front of us saying she can’t be putting on that much meat. Which keep in mind we barely had anything to begin with. The place was also disgusting, food did not taste good and overall was a huge disappointment. Will never be back until there are significant changes.
