This cookie is not just a plain cookie. You can tell that the creators of this cookie put a lot of thought into the process of these cookie recipes. Very creative on the creations they come up with in order to create something different and new. Not only this….but the cookies are GINORMOUS!! Also, the customer service is great. Upon the arrival of my box nicely packaged box of cookies and each cookie being individually packaged as well inside, I found that one of the cookies fell casualty in the shipping and was smushed. I contacted the company and they very kindly apologized and refunded me for the one cookies that got smashed. That makes me very happy.

The reason for my 3 star review is because of the taste of the cookies themselves and the size. It is my first order and I wanted to try a variety so I ordered 10 cookies (each one a different flavor). Some of the cookies I ate were really good and some of them were so-so. Please note that I have only eaten 6 so far. The part I dislike overall about the cookies is the texture. They have a thick, cakey feel that makes it hard for me to enjoy 100%. It feels heavy after taking a bite. Even after putting it in the oven, the cookie, is dry on the outside but soft on the inside. I imagine if the cookie weren’t so big and thick, then it would not have to bake as long and get dry on the outside (since the outside bakes first in the process and gets over baked the longer it stays in). The size of the cookie compromises the taste and texture. I prefer the taste of buttery, soft and sweet…that’s just my preference. Please don’t get me wrong… these cookies are definitely sweet cus of the chocolate and other ingredients added… but I get the feel of a lot of flour being used in the recipe to make them as big as they are and it drowns out the softer features of the cookie like the butter and sugar mix. The other part that I dislike is the size of the cookie. They are huge!!! This actually excites me at first and makes me want to break into the cookie ASAP! Lol. But then after eating a quarter of it, I’ve already had enough. Sometimes, I can eat half… but either way, now that I opened the cookie it’s almost like it have commit to finishing it so I won’t have to find a way to store and save it for later. Personally, I would prefer half the size of the cookie so the rest will remain fresh in its original packaging. I also think this will shorten the baking time so the outside of the cookie isn’t so dry. The size of the cookie almost makes it almost like a novelty cookie in my mind and not the gotta have it flavor and quality as much. Taste is subjective to different people so my opinion on what a cookie “should” taste like does not likely matter depending on what kind of cookies you are accustomed to. It’s definitely worth trying to see if it fits your fancy. I just don’t think I will buy as many and pay for the shipping again. I will probably buy again because they do have some cookie ideas I have never had before and this is what makes them unique so I would have to get them here. They’re on the right track. Im just not a huge fan and not a regular customer as I was really hoping to be. My expectations...

I have been ordering my stash of cookies since my son introduced me many months ago. The “pusher” as the delivery driver is known, shows up at my Suffolk County home a few hours after the order is placed. The flavors of cookies rotate but they always have their staple chocolate chip and funfetti (a vanilla sugar cookie with sprinkles). Each cookie comes individually wrapped. They are fresh and packed with care. I highly recommend that you cop some cookies to share with your love ones. Don’t miss their pop up in Riverhead for a warm cookie and a latte. First the cookies are really tasty when they are heated up and the center is perfectly gooey.

The staff is always helpful with answering questions, but that being said it seems like they are serving more coffee than cookies. The menu screen tv they have is nice but it only has their coffee and drinks on (no cookie flavors)

When you get to the counter you can read their cookie selection for the day but some were crossed out as being sold out and there were a few that didn't make the list which is where I asked about 3 different cookies so I could make my selection.
