Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Riverhead

Now I am a loyal taco bell lover, but after this not anymore. if you are reading just know, the taco bell in riverhead is the worst I have ever been too. The drive through line is always so long and takes an hour. Going inside it took 40 minutes for an order, and we were not the only ones. Five other people were waiting. So many things happened that led up to being a terrible experience. They screwed up numbers, completely bypassed us and some other people. Once we had to speak up and say something , they were very confused. Lots of fighting withing the kitchen that we heard. The poor lady who ordered after us they actually forgot about and if she had not spoke up wouldn't have gotten her food. People before us left without getting their food and asked for their money back. I'd like to say it was worth the wait but once we got our food, it was cold, and just not as good as it used to be. People were not getting their food and orders were mixed, everything was weird and confusing. I wish I could give no stars.

please take this advice and go to a better place to eat. burger king is probably the fastest. Hopefully other taco bells are the opposite, as i've experienced good service in the past in...

Visiting from out of town. Stopped at my favorite fast food place to get a quick meal I know I would enjoy but had an awful experience at this location. First off I went inside because the drive in line was into the road and was not moving after sitting in it for 5 minutes. When I went inside I ordered at a kiosk. I order a $5 box and a few other items. Nothing crazy. When I was waiting for the order there were numerous young hispanic men walking around the dining room speaking Spanish and making eye contact with me and laughing. I dont know what they were saying but I thought it was very uncomfortable to be around them not knowing what was being said. I went to get a drink and grabbed some sauces and napkins and next thing I know my hand is completely sticky from something. Another patron had to ask them to refill the sporks since it was completely empty. Once I left and got back to my hotel I opened my box and bag of food and realized they totally forgot the chalupa, which was the main part of the box, and at this point I am not wasting my time to drive back. Save your money and as delicious as Taco Bell is, go somewhere else until this locations management gets this place turned...

Im disgusted with the service.

Our Server Diamond, was pleasant, but mid taking our order . . Stopped to give her friends free drinks, but didnt even apologize. service slow and distracted. There was 20 mins wait time for food...understandable with two ppl in your messy food prep area, food all over the floor and cross contaimation cleary visible ! Yellow cheese all over prep surfaces! Food was then give to us upon a wet ( very wet ) tray. I complained about food on a wet tray that had clearly soaked through the food package to the food. ANOTHER 20 mins I ask where our food was..to be told she threw the ticket out, then to be yelled at by the food prep he had made it already....

The solution i was given, was to wait even longer . ..i asked for my money back, I then apoligized to other customers for causing more of a delay.

This location has been highly dissapointing for the last 6 months.

I watched as customers walked out, because the servers are too busy chatting to friends instead of doing their job !

Hygiene in this place is disgusting !

Never return. Do not go here.
