DO NOT GO HERE WHAT SO EVER!! I ordered my food and drove to the window. The manager gave me my drink with something floating in it. I told her there was something in my drink. She had an attitude and gave me a new one. Then another woman tried to give me a bag of food that wasn't mine. I said that I did not order that. I finally got my bag of food. I looked briefly into the bag and noticed that there was no straw in the bag. I proceeded to ask for a straw. The woman said that it should have been in the bag and rudely gave me a straw. I drove off as I was working and had to get back to work. My food was NOT HOT...I ended up with about 15 French fries and there was NO honey mustard sauce that I asked for. I called and unbeknownst to me it was NOT the Wendy's that I went to. The manager that I spoke to said she was sorry and told me to come back to the store. I went to Wendy's and asked for the woman that I spoke to on the phone. She rudely told me that the manager who I spoke to works at another store. I then proceeded to ask for the manager. The woman who gave me the drink with the foreign matter in it came to talk to me. I told her about my situation..she then asked the coworker if she put a straw ans sauce in the bag...the woman said that I was a liar. I was beside myself. The manager did NOTHING, NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. I hope that corporate reads this. What happened to customer service? Ever since the other manager got transferred out...this store needs to be CLOSED and that manager and worker there now NEED...
Read moreI came here tonight/this morning on January 7th 10 minutes before you closed. I waited patiently before saying a word knowing full well that the cashier could have been in the bathroom or any number of other reasons. When I finally spoke it was only to alert the man in the car behind mine that I was find the reason he was being held up. The staff waited until the clock ran out and walked past my car with the trash without a word. I get it you're a closer you have a life that you wanted to get back to. The manager from what I gathered came out at 1:03 to tell me that no one had a headset on and apologized. I'm a closer too. I work at Taco Bell. I have been in your position but I wasn't the one to make the call being that I am a line cook and not a cashier. I don't think I'll be coming back here on my days off anymore.
My final moments with the staff tonight was with a woman who claimed that the store closed early because she had a family emergency. I'm not saying that's not the case for all I know it very well could have been but if it is the case it is still the staff's responsibility to have the headset on until you are officially closed. Had you have done that you could have informed me the customer of your family emergency and I would have taken that at face value and drove off without wasting my...
Read moreI would give zero stars if possible. Three separate occasions, they messed up and order done through the Wendy’s app. First two were never rectified and now the wrong order was delivered. Wife called and then I called and was told there was no way to get the right order to us while being given a story about short staff and long lines. Was repeatedly told there was nothing that could be done if I couldn’t pick up the order. My wife couldn’t drive at night in the rain, my mother in law, who we live with, is having side effects from Covid vaccine and I do not drive and was calling from the bus on the way home from work. Clearly we cannot pick up the order.
I said the food needed to be at my house or corporate would be involved after mentioning this was their third mistake. Was told “Don’t talk to me like that” and hung up on.
So now we do not have our order and I’m out another $40.
Three strikes. I’m done. I’m passing information to everyone to avoid this location...
