Fish Company of Liverpool — Restaurant in Town of Salina

We just went today for the first time, as we like to try new places all the time...In my opinion, I would like the fish crisper than what they serve...Portion of fish on a sandwich was a great deal and the roll was great...they do put the tarter sauce on for you, however it soaked right into the bun by the time I could eat it and I only live around the corner...maybe the sauce could be thicker?, I don't know...we also ordered a Lg Fry, which my noyfriend said were good...they weigh them before they cook them and after, you get the weight of after cooking so I am not sure what they do with the leftover Fries as it was not busy on our stop...Why should I pay for the weight of the grease, I don't know...like someone previously said how they do charge for condiments, yes they do and I find this a big downfall for a take out place...Will I visit again, only if I was right here and had no place else to go, otherwise I would prefer to choose...

Food poisoning for me. 2 -3 years ago when I first ate ( fish and calamari) I have food poisoning. Stomach hurt so bad. And went to toilet so many times. I wasn’t sure if it came from this place but I noticed. A few months after that we ate again for dinner and yes I had the same situation like the time before. And now 6/23/2022 we ordered fish and calamari for dinner, even my family warned me about 2 last times but I want to give it a try and omg it hurt me so bad. I wrote this review at 3:44 am after so many times run to the bathroom and tired, and hurt. I don’t know why it hurt me so bad every single time I eat there. The funny part is the rest of family are doing fine with these food. But must be there are some bad bacteria in the kitchen or the chemical they put when they collected...

Heard so much about this place, thought I would try it. Got there around 5:00 and there were a few people in line, but the line moved very fast. I ordered a fish sandwich and onion rings. Did not have to wait long, order was ready. Checked out total was $10.02, cashier said oh forget the 2cents. Got home, VERY dispointed. The fish was sooo small and was just front and back very thin. The roll was good. I took the top of the roll and just ate the fish with the bottom roll. The onion rings were so greasy, the grease was all over my hands and they were very soggy.
