I made the unfortunate mistake of thinking I was going to get fast food at this Burger King location today. I pull into the drive thru and I’m asked if I’m using a mobile app or have an order. I answer with no and am told to hold. Which is fine. I wait for about 4 minutes. The car behind me becomes impatient and leaves. I see workers come outside the back door to do garbage. Or at least one out of the two who came out the back had garbage. The other looked like they were just hanging out. It’s a hot day so I figured if I’m going to wait I’m going inside where I know it’s cool. I get inside there’s a couple standing at the counter. Cash in hand which tells me they have not been serviced yet. I stand there patiently behind them. It did not take long for them to mention not having seen a single employee. This is when I mentioned having seen two. But they were right. While standing there I took a peak past the counter and you could see not a single worker there. We wait maybe three minutes more before at least two workers come out of no where having taken a drive thru order. Come to the counter with no costumer services skills to be seen. Had a cranky attitude and was impatient with the person in front of me. When the person asked where they were they said a meeting. After taking this persons order they walked away from the counter again leaving me there waiting another two minutes. let me mention it was barely 1:30 pm on a Friday, so you know. Lunch time. I found this weird because the doors weren’t even locked nor was there any sign to indicate this would be going on. I know for a fact they lost two cars doing this. Read moreWow!!! I did a mobile order for breakfast. Went to the drive thru speaker and sat waiting for 3 mins. I said hello several times and nobody answered me so I drive up to the window which I heard the drive thru lady laughing obnoxiously loud and a car pulled off from the window. First thing out of her mouth to me was "NEXT TIME WAIT FOR ME TO ANSWER YOU"-- SERIOUSLY!!!??!?!?! Not good morning or sorry for the wait, nope. I was so shocked I actually didn't know what to say. Normally I would have just left and let them waste the food and cost them the sale when I order at the screen in this situation, but I had used the mobile app. I literally already did her job for her. I responded with I thought the speaker wasn't working because nobody said anything and she was rude and closed the window and got the food. Was nice at the very end of the experience but doesn't really matter when you act like that from the start. So then i wait for my food and recieve it. I go park down the road and begin to eat my hash browns, ROCK HARD!!! actually hurt my gums on the very fist one- tossed them out for the segals, they can't even eat them. So I go to eat my sandwich, So hot I had to wait ( not fresh cooked hot, microwave too long hot) so I wait, rubber. Couldn't even eat that. Had to go to McDonald's down the road. I always wondered why that store was dead and meanwhile McDonald's, wendys, taco bell will be wrapped to the road at the same time. This type of thing could be why. This was my first and last visit to this store. Atleast using a mobile app. I might get a cam and start recording these Ludacris encounters. Service has really gone down hill. Read moreMy boyfriend and I tried to go last night to pick up mobile phone order around 9pm. When we arrived the store was closed an hour early, and our payment had already been taken. There were no signs or any notice showing that they were closed early and we were brushed off by the one staff member that was there, who gave us no verbal communication whatsoever to let us know they were closed. We tried pulling up to the window after to see if they were actually closed and was once again given a hand sign to go away. We couldn’t cancel the order on the app so I was going to call store in the morning. We actually drive across the street to the Wendy’s and watch three more cars try to go through with the same reaction. I tried to contact the store this morning the phone rang until someone picked it up and then proceeded to hang up on me without even saying anything. So when I called back and finally got someone to pick up, I was greeted with a disgruntled person who told me she didn’t know why they closed early and told me she couldn’t do anything for me. That’s fine, we don’t want the food and luckily got our refund this morning. The employees at this store make all other fast food employees look bad with how they act in their store. Managers can’t even try to problem solve or want to listen to what’s going on in their store. I don’t recommend this Burger King and they have 100% lost our business.
