Good employes everybody doing their job but the store manager i belief her name was maricella she doesnt know how to run things from what i heard also she fires people for no reason and then i hear them wining that they need more people so yeah especially people from kitchen cleared their orders fast and i belief his name was roberto idk why but he was by himself in the kitchen but he was amazing he cleared his whole screen in like 4 min i was impresed and yeah give him a raise and i dont think their suppose to have just one person on kitchen and amari attended me and was really nice and this guy eddie gave out the food fast and was really fast too and really good in service the manager i think carmen was really nice too from what i heard also the store manager treats Guadalupe i think better than other people and gives him more privilages and doesnt care if he calls in 3-4 times that he cant make it but my nephew called in 1 day and got fired pretty unfair to me also heard Guadalupe slacks alot and she even talks to him during rushes and doesnt care if hes slacking off ive seen it when i went and i would of fired that guy to be honest because he was eating tamales in the middle of a rush and his co workers had to do everything and i dont think thats far and Maricella instead of telling him to get back to work she conversates with him so yeah maybe they need someone that actually knows how to run the store and hire people that actually do something and fire people that slack off instead of the ones that bust their ass working their was this manager also andre who made his co workers do everything every 5 min and i think thats unecessary and maybe they get stuck because instead of telling them to help eachother he send one to mop lobby and another one to clean bathrooms and their stuck with 1-2 persons doing everything which is crazy just so u know andre is the tall african american with a...
Read moreAngel at the drive through window provides the worst customer service. She is rude, unprofessional, snotty, combative, and all around not nice. Her forte is not in the customer service realm. Angel has argued with me on multiple occasions because I ask for a Mocha coffee. She has repeatedly told me it is not called a Mocha coffee but when I look up the McDonald’s menu it indeed says Mocha Latte with quality espresso. Angel is not educated enough in her role to understand espresso is the same as coffee! Espresso is the main ingredient in the Mocha Latte. Regardless, is it okay to argue with a customer over this considering McDonald’s doesn’t do anything else with Mocha. There is only 1 Mocha drink! Today I asked for Mocha coffee and out of spite she had two black coffees made. She surely remembers me considering she argues with me every time I order this drink. When I went in to complain to the manager on duty she just reused the two cups of black coffee to make them into the Mocha version. After expressing to the manager my concerns with Angel and the multiple times this has occurred, she had no remorse, empathy, or cause to make things right. Could this be why Angel thinks it is okay to serve customers the way she does? Seems to be a trickling effect of unprofessionalism. Just horrible service all around. I will close by saying other times in the morning when I have went and ordered this same drink with another lady she has been amazing and is most pleasant. Service: We rarely get everything that we order because the window operators are in too much of a hurry to actually enter everything into the computer. By the time we get home, our order isn't even right on the receipt. The Drive-Thru is always in "Cash Only" mode after 10PM, except when the older gentleman is the one running things... strange. Oh, and don't even bother with the App- you'll be asked to pay twice if you use it because event he managers don't know what's going on with it and they will treat you like they are doing you a favor when you can clearly see on your bank statement that they took your money.
Food: At breakfast, the hash browns are noticeably cold. If they are hot, they taste stale, as if they were redunked in oil just to reheat them. The same is true of the french fries during lunch and dinner. I specifically wait to see a long line just to increase the odds of getting hot, fresh potato products.
Beverage: There is little consistency in how the iced coffee is made; some make them with liquid sugar while others add granulated sugar or none at all.
