We ordered at 11:30 (ish) and it was a mad house. I ordered food for my son (10 pc nuggets large meal). Nothing else. About 2 mins later, I helped a man and son order on the kiosk since they were struggling with it. He ordered a 6 pc happy meal, and a 2 cheeseburger meal for himself. Throughout the waiting, someone else complained that someone was helped before them, and another guy bug the lady at counter about his order and gave her the receipt for what he ordered. She told him “I got you” and put down the receipt to help finish another order. 10 mins later, he bugged her again and she had totally forgotten about it, the lady was rude to him. I watched someone place an order 12 minutes after me get their order, and another lady about 7 mins after me get there’s and another about 3 minutes after me. In that exact order. Now I’m getting annoyed. Then at 18 mins, the guy who I helped bugged the lady at the counter for his order (order 750), She stopped what she was doing to help him and he was on his way. I had to go to her and asked what the heck (I was order 749), I had watched 4 people get their orders before me that placed after me, and they even had chicken nuggets mixed in with most of those orders. Where was mine. Lady showed no signs of sympathy or care. She just went quietly to get the things needed for my meal and put on counter. I called the manager of the store, and she said “what would you like me to do? Place a complaint online”. What kind of service is this? This is absolutely unacceptable. I was going to call corporate, and see that they only have a 1.8 star rating. Sounds like they won’t do much either. I will still try later today. My sons nuggets had sat in the bag waiting for the fries for half that time we waited and my son said they weren’t even that warm anymore. Do not go here. McDonald’s is going...
Read moreThis location is always pulling people up to parking spaces no matter what the order. Going to a drive-thru should be a quick experience, in and out - parking every single order makes it anything but. I have ordered just a large drink and have been told to pull up and park.
I have spoken to multiple managers about the safety issue with parking all orders, as the lot is small and people backing out is causing people who pull in to almost get hit constantly. The managers are belligerent and say that it is policy to park all orders. I would expect that from the likes of Sonic, where you park and order, but not McDonald's.
The management at this location is terrible and makes no changes to how things are run regardless of complaints. I feel the only way that this non-policy of parking all orders at this location will end is if someone gets seriously hurt.
There is no other location I have been to does this with all orders. The times I am asked to park is because something isn't ready. To be pulled to park for a soda, which is right at the window (the one where you get your food or are told to park), has a fountain for drinks right there.
This location is by far the worst...
Read morePlaced a mobile order for an unsweetened iced tea in the mobile app. Arrived in lobby of store, found no one on the counter, orders piling up, and 5 people working the drive thru ignoring the inside line. Minutes later, finally, a woman comes and starts taking orders, and the line literally stretched across the store at this point. No one helping her, no one bagging orders. They are only preparing orders from the left screen at the station (DT) and ignoring the right hand screen. I say something to an apparent manager (white, male, blue untucked shirt, I overheard the name Charlie). He was so triggered at the idea of customers being unhappy, he WALKED OUT OF THE STORE. 5 more minutes later, I was given my tea -- missing the lemons, because they hadn't gotten around to cutting any, and she spilled my drink while putting the lid on, and gave it to me with the sticky sides and underfilled. It took 5 more minutes to get my receipt (they ended up giving me someone else's). And... THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DRINK! I just left at that point, it wasn't worth the fight.
When I was 16, I proudly worked at this location. Now, I wouldn't recommend it...
