Every time I come to this place it is pure chaos. I always have to wait an hour for my food. And as I’m sitting there watching my name on the screen other orders keep going above mine!!! Like they keep skipping over me!! Absolutely ridiculous! I said something about it and the man brushed it off like he didn’t believe me! I didn’t even have a big order… I got a large Mac and cheese. I waited over an hour for a Mac and cheese. Well today, I decided to do the “RAPID pick up” so I didn’t have to wait. Sure enough, my phone said pick up at 1:00pm. It is now 1:45pm. And once again, my name keeps getting moved further down and other names are going above mine. The gentleman next to me actually went up and said his name was getting skipped over and wanted a refund!! So I’m not crazy! They literally skip over you!! What kind of service is that?! As I am here standing in line all I hear is people complaining! No exaggeration! I’ve heard several people complain about different things! And the guy who may or may not be the manager, I can’t tell, isn’t any help at all, I watched him literally just walk away from someone who was speaking to him! The service here is terrible. This has happened to me about 3 times now. That’s 3 times too many. NEVER coming here again. I’ve learned my lesson. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Read more2nd Edit:It had been a while since I went to this location so I figured I'd give it another try. To my amazement the same grumpy, unhelpful older woman was still working there. This time she argued with me about a deal that I had from an email stating we could use it for done in or take out. Once we essentially did her job for her and explained the deal was in fact valid, she relented. After that the experience only got worse. They stated they were busy and it would be 20 mins to get our order. We agreed and sat and waited... 40 mins later we still didn't have our food and they said they didn't even see us on the order board. We promptly got a refund and I will NEVER return to this absolute disgrace of a restaurant. New management and training is needed at this location. Edit: This place has really gone down hill. The two older women at the register were not very friendly. They one who took our order got it wrong and the food was not great looking when we got it . Read moreThere is no notice posted on the door to let the guests know that the toilet in the store is temporarily closed to guests. I want to eat in the store but they turned order into take-away. Their employees didn't tell me why when they gave me the order. I paid to eat in the store to enjoy it, and you told me to sit outside on a hot day. The extremely poor employee system and service attitude need great improvement. An elderly cleaning woman was very mean in her speech. She was talking and laughing with her colleagues, and the moment she saw us that I was going to eat in the store, her tone was very bad. Excuse me, did I do something bad?
