I am shocked and appalled by how unprofessional and how poorly this restaurant is operating! As a former employee and a customer! I must speak with someone to report this. Because I fear that this business is really affecting not only the Chipotle reputation but it is quite literally affecting the locals in the area! The amount of unprofessionalism starts from the management and trickles down all the way to the employees. I have only been working here for about a month or so and I can tell you as a worker they made me very uncomfortable arguing and screaming at customers! I never received any I believe legal breaks! Today was my last straw of just pure unappreciation I received from this team...I Mya Allure Henderson have been coming to work everyday trying to be atleast 1 positive person there, support all my co workers and try to comfort them when they are literally arguing with the customers! Today I arrived at work about 20 mins early! In hopes I could help them knowing this is a very busy location! I have came in on days I was off and not for money, just to try to support my team! This is the first time I forgot my hat. These managers everyday don't greet me don't look at me act like they want nothing to do with me. Since the moment I started I have received only COLD SHOULDERS from my MANAGERS! Not even the regular employees, the managers made me feel so uncomfortable. Everyday they would ask me if I like my job and my response would always be I LOVE MY JOB I LOVE THE CUSTOMERS! Meanwhile they treat the customers like "cash cows". These managers know nothing about "customer service" | don't even think they know the definition! They literally DID NOT TRAIN ME I HAD TO LEARN FROM TRIAL AND ERROR! Read moreFirst of all I want to say that the food is amazing for chipotle! My family and I love chipotle no beef with the food. But customer service is not so great! Very disappointed. usually when we go in I feel like my order is being rushed and all but I understand it’s fast food and you gotta get the line moving. Understandable. But today I decided to go with my son to get something to eat and enjoy. Everything was good till the girl that was taking care of us kept acting like she didn’t hear my son’s order. Looks like she ran out of one of the ingredients and seem to get bothered because we asked her if she can get more of the corn for the burrito. She literally ignored me and rolled her eyes at my son and did not respond or said anything!!! She definitely had an attitude problem…. I was like that was so unnecessary… She was very annoyed and just looked like she didn’t want to be there. It seems no one likes to work there and never seems to greet you or give you a smile or give you good customer service. I usually don’t care about these type of things but rolling your eyes at a young kid is out of line and so unprofessional. I feel maybe the manager needs to have a really good talk with the staff and figure out who does and who doesn’t want to actually work there. Maybe get them educated on how to be polite and respectful to customers so they come back and bring more money in every time. Good customer Service attracts more customers. And more customers keep on coming if they are treated right and greeted correctly. Spending your money in a place where you feel unwelcome feels like a waste of time and money honestly. Read moreI came into this chipotle super hungry and super excited as i’ve lived here my whole life and never had a bad experience. However, today was very different. I walked in as one of the first customers since they had been temporarily closed all day, okay fine. I go to order my food and the worker taking my order was very much in his own world and was barely listening to what I had asked for. As someone who loves chipotle and goes often, I understand the regular portion sizes. When he did put the food in my bowl, he barely gave me any thing, giving me half a spoonful of everything to the point I might as well had 4 pieces of rice in my bowl. I had to ask for more, okay fine. The white rice was STALE , the lettuce tasted weird, and the chicken was not even in chunks, it was in shreds and barely had any meat. I asked for corn in a cup on the side for my tacos, he looked at me very weirdly and put it in the cup. Little did i know, he didn’t even bother to close the cup and I opened my chipotle bag to corn EVERYWHERE. To add, while I was ordering my food the workers kept talking about how they were mad that there were so many customers even though they just opened. I’m sorry for coming to a business that sells food to hungry CUSTOMERS, next time I will keep in mind that the workers do not want me there. When I was paying for my order, I asked a simple question about my chips on the side and the worker gave me the rudest look and tone ever. I have never felt so unwelcome in a food establishment before and never had a chipotle bowl this bad in my life. I might as well of went to taco bell and got more food and a better experience.
