Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Wallkill

I am writting as a parent of a teenager who has been looking for her 1st job. She wanted to apply to Wendys bc its a walkable distance from our home. We went online and saw that a crew member position was listed for hire. She filled out the application and then we went in person to follow up on it. As we walked in you could clearly tell who the manager was bc of the difference in uniform. We asked if they were hiring and I was in the process of continuing to say that she had just filled out an app online but I wasnt even given the chance to finish my sentence before a rude young lady screamed out NO WE ARE NOT HIRING and then repeated herself as if I didnt hear her the 1st time. She didnt even let me finsh my sentence when I was speaking to the manager. Service has always been mediocre, however now my daughter was turned off by the attitude we were given, started crying in the car and doesnt even want to pursue working there anymore especially since the position was clearly listed online but were told otherwise when we went in person. Staff there is most disgusting staff there especially when the Spanish mangers are on there so nasty , inside look nasty , only nice to there people ! I’m done with this location . After I finished my order I requested please don’t put anything in the empty cup I’ll grab the lid and straw and still put the straw in the cup and I said I just asked for that not to be done the male Spanish manger turns and look at me with a nasty attitude and say what’s wrong it’s clean . Then takes the cup that had the straw in it and put it back with the clean cups !!
