I have used Flaum for some time now. I am disappointed with the administration and considering leaving. They have canceled 2 appointments now for the optometrist. My ophthalmologist does not seem concerned with the side effects of the Vabysmo injections I have received. My original eye doctor left the practice and I feel like I am getting second rate care. On 01/04/2024 I had an annual exam by Dr Farugia . I then purchased frames from Eyeopeners using my new rx. I was unable to see correctly with new rx and had many back and forth messages with Dr Farugia via MyChart. I also physically went back and forth with Dr Farugia and Eyeopeners. I ended up using my older rx for new glasses as I was able to see clearer with that older rx. I’ve used up my eye insurance for this year on an unusable rx and exam. I would hope you could do the right thing and let me have a second opinion eye exam with a different doctor at your facility...

The doctors and staff are great but I will not use the optical shop ever again. I had new lenses put in existing frames. I returned multiple times because the lenses kept cracking. The last time I went, the technician who had ordered my glasses had left that location.
