Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Webster

This was my first visit to this location on 5-29-25, and what a disappointment. I ordered two chicken bowls, two small chips, and two large quesos. My son ordered one chicken bowl topped with queso. The food was not seasoned whatsoever...it literally tasted like water. What a waste of money. It seemed like they were trying to keep up with the rush, and was just heating the food and putting it out. We had to wait for white rice, and when I got home to eat it, some of the pieces weren't fully cooked. The young lady's who served my food, one white, one black were cool, but the guy at the register not so much. He seemed to have an attitude. We also had to wait for queso, and when I checked my bag to make sure they were in there, both bowls were dripping down the sides. I asked him to wipe them off, he paused for a sec, but then partially wiped them. I ended up having to finish wiping them before putting them back in my bag. If the front and back of the house can't keep up with a rush of customers, and put out quality product, they probably shouldn't be working in the restaurant business. We will not be repeat customers. The Empire Blvd location was superb when my son brought our food home a couple of weeks ago. The new location on Monroe Ave is also top notch. This location is in the running with Greece, Mount Hope Ave, and Jefferson...

Once upon a time, Chipotle was a very solid fast casual restaurant. It was better than traditional fast food, offering quality food served by friendly, intelligent people. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case, and this location is the perfect model of what Chipotle has become: Terrible, poorly made food, served in a dirty restaurant by people that likely couldn't be hired to shovel elephant dung at the zoo.

I recently made an order through the Chipotle app, and once I walked into the dirty, unclean restaurant, I was shocked(/s) to find that not only was my order MISERABLY wrong, items were missing. When I inquired about the missing items, I was told that they were out of the item and if I was willing to wait fifteen minutes for more of the item. No, I'm not willing to wait, because you KNEW you didn't have that item before completing my order and didn't bother to inform me. I guess they were hoping that I would grab my order and leave, not noticing the missing items.

Once I got home and examined my order further, I was shocked(/s) to learn that they completely botched the two burrito bowls. One was supposed to have no lettuce, it had enough to qualify as a salad. The bowl that should have had lettuce had so little, it was a garnish.

I should have ordered Taco Bell instead, at least they can accurately...

I can not tell you how many furiouse people were at our local 14580 Chipotle restaurant for their BOORITO $6.00 for any bowl purchased after 3pm till close at 10pm on the App or Website only orders. The App had not worked at all after 3pm to 7pm when we got there. I told them we had tried from work and home to put in orders but the App was not working and neither was their web page. It all lead to a page with a cartoon avocado saying sorry come back later. Our resturant in Webster told us that corporate told them to not do any $6.00 BOORITO bowls that were not done online. Is that not false advertising? Each of us had an account and all three of us tried in store to get App or online to work only to get Sorry Avocado guy there. They told us if we paid for 2 bowls full price they would give us only 1 bowl for $6. The 3 of us decided to eat the other 4 in our group walked to CORE Life eatery next door that had a 50% off your total order. Core Life had the better deal and Chipotle should be sued by every state's Attorney General after this bogus App offer that no one got plus you didn't get points for what we paid for!!! FALSE...
