PONTILLO`S WEBSTER The Original Recipe! — Restaurant in Town of Webster

So here's my issues... After glancing at some of the other reviews I think I'm MORE angry. My car is in the shop so when I finally found a place to deliver a PIZZA that didn't force me to use a 3rd party appt, I was relieved. But I think I may have been better off because I ordered a MEDIUM PEPPERONI pizza. Which cost me $40 (I tipped $4) and THIS is what they call a medium. (see pics) this is 100% the size of a PERSONAL PIZZA! I own a restaurant in the village, so I get that costs have increased but we either increase the food cost or decrease the portions sizes. We DON'T DO BOTH!! And we've NEVER charged for local delivery. I also don't make pizza, which is about 1000% less expensive to buy and prepare so for me, this is absolutely BANANAS!

They charge so much for delivery you might was well use grubhub or doordash and skip the kid's menu. You can't INCREASE the cost of the food, double the delivery charge AND REDUCE THE PORTION SIZE! It's just unacceptable!. IN FACT IT'S FLAT OUT GROSS! HERE'S THE PICS OF MY $40 ONE TOPPING "MEDIUM 😂🤣" PIE.

Then I gotta read a review about a guy who's pissed about the $40 he spent on TWO SHEET PIZZAS AND A 2 LITER! COME ON!

Edit:: Was indeed at webster location!!!!! Today at 3:45 in the afternoon I ordered a sheet Pizza and a 2 L d pepsi to be delivered. We are at a complex nearby and asked for napkins and plates because we were at a pool. When the delivery person delivered the pizza, all they came with was the pizza. I called back to store I asked to speak with a manager. The young lady who answer the phone made a point to throw the phone down multiple times which I could hear because it was in my ear. About 3 minutes later someone came back to the phone said the manager's not here and the girl who was on the phone is using the restroom. I said well I ordered a 2 L and it was never delivered and we're at a pool and I asked you specifically for napkins and plates. She said if you want napkins and plates it's going to be 45 minutes and you're not getting the 2L cuz you never paid for it. A sheet pizza and a 2 L, including my $3.00 tip it was 40 bucks. I don't appreciate these young girls on the phone who have absolutely zero manners. Very very rude. It's really too bad because the pizza...

It really sucks to have to write this review. I used to work for pontillo's and I've always supported and defended pontillo's against any negativity. With that being said, all it took was a phone call from me today wanting to order food and getting turned off by the total lack of customer service or professionalism from the girl on the other end of the phone. When you answer a phone call with just a stern "hello", you tend to turn your customers away because they're not even sure who they're calling. What has happened to customer service nowadays? A greeting on the phone goes a very long way. It's sad to think that you are probably losing money because of your customer service. When I worked for pontillo's if any of our employees answered the phone with just a hello, you would be fired. I hope this finds the right people and the necessary steps are made to improve this aspect of your business. It...
