2 very bad experience recently. Usually food here has been good and the service fast however, Iâve recently gone through 2 different situations buying food at this McDonaldâs. About 3 weeks ago I ordered chicken nuggets which had Hair inside of one of the nuggets. Literally long curled up hair Fried into the Nugget. I am a Bald headed man been so about 10 years. That was Such a disrespectful and disgusting experience. I meant to report it and absolutely let it slip after I discarded the food. But who am I to learn a lesson. I went back at breakfast a few days ago. No issues then. I went today for two Happy meals. A Mc Chicken Bundle and 2 10 pieces nuggets. The food was horrible today in every way. I forced it down not wanting to waist money. Bad decision. It also has me constantly using the bathroom to solidify WHY I SHOULD NOT even eat there again. As I stated. Prior to these 2 circumstances. The service was good and the food on point. I donât know whatâs ruined things but I will not be eating from there myself as a result of this. And itâs sad I may have family that will want it and still have to spend money here but I cannot again. The experience has been that bad. Think about getting long pieces of hair in your food. With all the things going on these days. Such a nasty experience. Be careful when eating here. Check your food as best as possible and pray for the best. I just have to find other options.    Read moreVery unhappy with service. Placed an order online and came to drive thru for pick up. Older Spanish woman explained to me that the system was down and payment had not gone through, so they would try it again for me. She did and it still wouldn't go through. She proceeded to tell me I would need to pay in cash in order to take my meal. I paid my $4.30, and was assured my card wouldn't be charged when I asked if all payments were canceled. Two days later my bank statement was charged twice for the $4.30 bill on top of the cash I had paid. Abou five days later I returned to the same McDonald and asked to speak with a manager. I was passed off to a guy named Quinn. I explained to him my situation and he became immediately defensive, stating that there was no way it could have happened, and any claims must be taken up with my card company. No apology, no attempt to hear out my situation and no attempt for resolution. Now I'm pissed. I will be reporting this all to the corporate office along with receipt for the food I paid for and a copy of my bank statement, proof I paid three times for the same order. I'm a reasonable person and would have been content with an apology and refund. Now I'm here letting you guys know the McDonalds on 202 in Yorktown ripped me off, and I will not be going back there.    Read more5/22/24 at 10:22pm rude and disrespectful female Spanish black hair at the drive thru the smoothie was half literally not to the top; I asked why is it half way she said I donât know I said can you fill it up aleast please she rolls her eyes and took my drink then gave it back as moved it around to ask like itâs filled to the top try to give it back Iâm like I need ur manger she didnât want to get the manger then having to ask it again then got the manger I explained everything the situation then she was like we had an issue with a different customer few mins prior and having to call police Iâm like I didnât know that but she doesnât need to act like that to new customers who want food and coming in not knowing whatâs going on act normal or fake it donât be rude/rolling eyes and you have a line look at the cameras⊠also she added ode ice to my smoothie to fill it up wow first time coming here never again & before the remodeled it was decent/good...
