China Wok — Restaurant in Towson

The restaurant must have changed owners at some point. I did not eat there for a very long time because my family actually had a favorite Chinese restaurant that we ordered from. When I did visit China Wok years ago, I remember the place being very clean. I visited last evening and walked right up to the counter to place my order without giving the place a once over. When I looked up, I thought this place needs a good cleaning. Even my 10 Year old made a comment about the cleanliness of the place without me saying a word. The cashier was friendly and the food was pretty good. My husband did not like his shrimp egg foo yung though. They mix everything together. I still will not consider ordering there again anytime soon unless they do a major clean. Even parts of the counter were visibly dirty as well as the outside of the container they put the fried wanton in. Food was awful I got shrimp egg foo young it was not fresh you would think a market less than 50 feet from your door huh. Also got the$$$ wings which had been fried twice. Poor wings like cardboard and not fresh hope I don’t get sick. Maybe I ny a reason to stop eating Chinese food…. Just awful. When I returned the food the manager was quite rude. He inspothe contents and adjo me what was wrong with the food , I could tell he really didn’t care.As I tried to tell him the egg foo young tasted like an onion patty with soggy old shrimp and that the wings had been fried twice he begrudgingly explained that was how their wings where prepared.Yuk. I think I am too old to eat Chinese food, because I remember when you could get good Chinese food before the grandchildren started cooking . Does anyone know where to get good...

Well for starters pictures of the meal I ordered compared to what I got are very different. Second I asked for extra spicy mustard and got one packet. Third I ordered 1 egg roll (this cost about three dollars so I assumed it was a pack of two) I got one. I can’t be 100% this is the correct location since I placed the order on door dash but it is the correct distance from me and matches door dash. Will upload actual picture of food unfortunately I can’t show a what was advertised vs what was delivered. However, I can tell you I ordered the jumbo shrimp lo mein. The picture on the menu included broccoli, red peppers, cucumbers, giant shrimp, and more. I got a bowl of noodles that looked nothing like the photo. I will not eat here again. P.s...
