Panda Express — Restaurant in Towson

When I approached, person was filling a large online order, so I had to wait. I had a valid coupon for free entree side after filling out a survey. The store machine was not working properly/accepting my code so they suggested I used the coupon already athough the coupon was emailed to me a couple minutes before entering the Panda express. I showed all the evidence to the Manager--the past meal for which I got the coupon, the email with the time and date that I received the coupon, yet she suggested that I already used the coupon and should pay for the free entree. They held up the line, causing customers to leave. The manager was not competent to solve the issue and realize the issue. I was very disappointed as I have never had an issue prior.

Lastly the portion was on the smaller size than normal which we all agreed. I ordered the premium pepper steak entree as well and it was mostly vegetables! My food was cold, and the manager lost my receipt, saw one on the table and gave it to me. I said mam this receipt says 5pm. It's 7pm. Luckily I took a picture of it. We will definitely not visit this Panda ever again, and will just take a break from Panda...

Ordered on Uber eats to my job a few blocks away and the food was cold. I ordered 2 large plates and they only gave me 5 soy sauce packets and this rice is flavorless so it needs soy sauce bad. Mind you the "fried" rice is just basically white rice they browned it's not fried at all. Next, I got the paper chicken as one of my main dishes and they just gave me a bunch of onions and sauce no actual chicken pieces. My chicken egg roll was also tiny and it was black on the bottom portion. I will say the orange chicken was good but I wish I had just got that and nothing else. This food was so expensive and what I got was terrible. I knew this would be a step down from really Chinese takeout but I didn't expect it to be similar to going to Taco Bell instead of a real Mexican spot. If u get nothing else from this review I highly suggest you avoid their "pepper chicken", the knock off fries rice and the tiny chicken egg rolls. If you have to order here just get a large orange chicken and nothing else ... but I won't be going back. $26 for a plate of fake fried rice and tiny egg...

Tried the Putty Hill location today, Saturday, March 24th. I won't be going back.

Parking is a nightmare. I hate going someplace where the parking is stressful. Not enough spaces and cars coming at you from all directions. My car almost is hit by a guy backing into a space. That's the first strike.

The fountain sodas are HORRIBLE. I love a good fountain Coke. This Coke was too syrupy. Restaurants overcharge for drinks. They need to get it right. That's the second strike.

Like another reviewer said, the food was COLD. I ordered the orange chicken, the stringbean chicken, and the fried rice. All cold. This has to be some kind of health department fail. I also got the cream cheese rangoons. They were soggy. Strike 3, you are OUT!

If you like Panda Express, I would suggest the Harford Rd location or White Marsh. It has a drive thru. You don't even have to get out of the car. I also think the Constant Friendship location in Bel Air/Aberdeen has great food. I have missed the mall location and was hoping this...
