Chocolate chip cookie dough tasted like is was made with rotten milk. I had one scoop of that and another scoop of the Java chip which was delicious. When I went back In to tell them why I wasn't happy with that flavor and was concerned about the taste being absolutely foul In taste and odor, she refused to even. Smell it, then refused to just give me a scoop of something more pleasant, said all sales were final, but I wasn't asking for the money back, I just wanted since that ice cream seemed to be bad, something more pleasing to my taste buds. I thought it was only fair since I was so unhappy and disgusted by the rotten taste. And she did absolutely nothing. I was very disappointed. And not only did it ruin my experience there, it ruined the scoop that was good In my cup...so I didn't get to enjoy nothing. And felt like I wasted my money...and to make it worse as I walked out the door I heard them laughing at me....I hope others have better luck than I did, and don't have to experience the humility I had to. Absolutely horrible they should get...
Read moreThe flights are a great way to taste several flavors at once! $8 for 4 Jr. sized scoops (that were decently sized). My kids and I got a bunch of random flavors, and I think the strongest winner was the taro flavor! Second probably was the strawberry (could totally taste the fresh strawberry flavor), and maybe 3rd was the coffee with chocolate chips in it. My usual favorite, Mint Choc Chip, was a bit of a let down as the chocolate was super waxy and the ice cream was neither minty enough nor sweet enough. The lavender honey was a really interesting experience, pretty pleasant, much better than any rose flavored ice cream (can’t stand rose) but would probably not get that again after trying it once. It was nice that the flavors were all not too sweet. The texture was not bad, but did kind of veer on the less creamy side, but it definitely tasted like there were no fillers added, which is a plus. Cute set up with lots of wooden games and board games available for customers to...
Read moreWhen I tell you that their ice cream SMACKS… it literally DOES. Quite frankly, this is one of my favorite ice cream spots in Tracy every time I come. It has been a while since I came to this particular ice cream shop, so I wanted to give it another try.
The one thing that blew me away was the variety of non-dairy and dairy ice cream they had. I was craving some cinnamon and velvety, and right away they recommended us a sample of Horchata and lavender honey ice cream for us to taste. Not only was it super creamy, but we ended up getting double scoops of them.
They were really quick to serve us, and was really helpful in answering questions that we had about the ice cream. in addition, the ice cream shop was kept really clean, and I really liked the environment, as it wasn’t too crowded. Neither was it too cold.
If you want an ice cream shop to stop by after shopping at West Valley Mall, this is one of the spots in Tracy that you wouldn’t...
