I never thought I would give this place a bad review but here it is. Not only are they blaming EVERYTHING on the pandemic, but these kids are so LAZY you'd be better off ordering from Domino's. There's NO SALAD BAR (They said due to COVID-19 it's permanently closed forever)...FOREVER?! THAT'S RIGHT! SHE SAID FOREVER FOLKS! The wait time for pizza is...get this..an hour and 49 minutes. The assistant manager said it would be better if I called in an order during the day between 1-4pm because after 4 it's difficult to get any food. WHAT?!? WOW! I ended up getting a full refund due to her response and a cheap salad that was made in the back with a wait time of 20 minutes. ALL I WANTED WAS A SALAD! THE TIME IT TOOK ME TO ARGUE WITH HER WAS EVEN LONGER! How long does it normally take to make a simple salad?! She made a big deal over the salad bar because she said "Due to covid, everything is closed". So now the whole city of Tracy has to suffer because they said "Due to covid?" WHY ARE THEY EVEN OPEN?!? The owner should be ashamed of himself taking phone orders with a wait time of 1 hour and 57 minutes! Avoid the headache, go to Domino's or Pizza Hut. This place needs to be shut down. I had ordered on line with an invoice sent to me via email confirming a promise time of 10:01 for my pizza pick up..I got to the store about 10:10 only to be told that my pizza was not ready and that it would be about 10 or 15 minutes before it would be done!! I had showen the employee my invoice with the promised time of 10: 01am and she stated that I should called the store!!..I had asked for a corporate number and she said she did not have it and instead gave me a " service number" witch happens to be that store number!!!..as im waiting for some apology or some acknowledgement the employee walked by me with a front door area rug and immediately went to the salad bar handling all the items at the bar with out washing her hands!!!..when my pizza was finally ready she had printed a recipe for me to sign and asked why if I ordered online, she could not provide an answer..on top of all the above, i had waited all that time for my pizza to be under cooked!!..and my god could i have some toppings on my pizza!! I PAIID WHAT FEEL WAY OVER PRICED PIZZA to receive this XL disappointment!!..worst pizza experience, never again will my family,friends or myself return here..Pizza guys you have new...

Came in on 10/06 @1:25ish to purchase buffet lunch, they only had out cheese cold pizza and put a fresh vege pizza, no bread sticks and one hard cinnamon bread. We are salad waiting for warm pizza... A lady had to complain anf he made a small pepperoni and bread sticks... When my lunch break was over I asked for a box amd Teddy the supervisor said "actually we're nlt supposed to give u a box with buffet. I said the food is already on my plate and since you didn't have fresh pizza, no forks I had to ask for them and every single table needed to be cleaned off....so not supposed to vs doing what's right for the customer... He smirked and said buffet is over at 130 when u came...I stated I don't work there and that's the cashiers job to communicate with me. Definitely will not come back to this place ran by little kids that don't understand customer service....
