This was the worst experience I ever had buying furniture in my life, if I could have given no stars I would, the owner Hasina but say she not the owner is very unprofessional, has a temper problem and treated us terrible. My wife saw dining room set and cabinets on OfferUp massage her and agreed on price, but when I got there she change the price on us I walked out but my wife really wanted it so I went back a few days later and bought it anyways, then Hasina tell me they don’t have 4 chairs we’ll have wait for them, so I said ok, they deliver the furniture and the dining table comes damaged, I call her but she trying not to help me but I talked until she offer $80 credit or exchange it when new one comes in, 4 months later no table and chairs, finally I text her she says chairs came in but no table and probably not going to get one, so I say ok I would like my $80 credit then she gets med and say no you needed to accept it when it was offered and told me she’s not giving my chairs, I had to beg her to give them to us, now I have to keep a damage table and no credit. Furniture might be less here but not worth the trouble deal with them.

Please Note: They don’t take the empty boxes or foam when you hire them to assemble, It cost me $100 to get rid of it. Really not worth the hassle it’s better to pay a little more and get treated like a hard working family...

I wanted to share my amazing experience with Goniture in Tracy. I ordered my furniture through them and when it arrived, one of the dressers was damaged, so I contacted them on Sunday and was immediately helped by Hasina. She told me to send her a picture of the order number and she was gong to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I told her that I would like a different set, since the set I ordered was a very basic model. She said she will do what she can. That evening she called me with an update that due to Covid and people redecoration their homes a lot of the sets are sold out. But she spend probably 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me out and trying to find a solution. We still haven’t figure things out, due to low inventory, however, their customer service is superb! Hasina is amazing to work with and I can’t thank her enough for all the work she put in to make it right for me! I would buy from them in the future again! Thank you for all...

Found a listing for my perfect dining table on their Offer up page. Looked them up on Google maps and found they were nearby and gave them a call. They were able to help me place the order over the phone via text and I had a delivery scheduled.

Communication was outstanding and Hasina was very prompt in answering my texts for updates and questions. She provided top tier customer service especially when the delivery did not go as planned and the item came damaged. She was able to communicate to the manufacturer on my behalf and got a replacement ordered.

The replacement came and we had requested additional checks for both ours and the seller's peace of mind. Everything went smoothly and the delivery driver was more than accommodating.
