Dunkin' — Restaurant in Travelers Rest

First of all, we were going to enter the store to pick out donuts for my child. The door was locked with no sign stating inside was closed in fact the sign said please cover your face. So then we had to use drive thru. I order 12 assorted and before I m could figure out I wasn't getting to pick those they gave me a total and asked me to pull forward. When we received our box in the drive thru, they must have picked the worse selling 12 donuts in the box. Literally 1 donut in the whole box was even remotely edible looking. Also my wife had a food allergy to cinnamon and 4 of the 12 donuts had cinnamon on it. This was the worst service I received from this store and I use the store often. I will not come back to another store if covid is going to be a reason to lock the inside and not give your customers an option to pick the donuts. Also the drive thru screen shows no list of flavors to the donuts available.

Follow up , I contacted the store and the gentleman who answered the phone told me they locked the door because they were busy and when told them they put the 12 worse looking donuts in the box. He stated they had a limited supply and the ones put in the box is what they had. When I told him my family had an allergy he told me if you didn't mention it then it wasn't his problem. Then told me to call for him manager tomorrow and speak to them. But if I wanted to that I can come back for replacements and when I told him no because of the donuts I received he said well then there is nothing he will do to fix the problem. When I mention contacting corporate he then hung up on me.

WOW GREAT SERVICE TRAVELERS REST MAYBE GET SOMEONE WHO CAN RUN A STORE WITH CUSTOMERS IN MIND NOT ABOUT BEING LAZY AND REFUSING SOLUTION WITH A VERY RUDE ATTITUDE.

PSA... not once did I raise my voice at this gentleman. The manger needs to find someone else who will be respectful to...

Review update- I'll start by saying that I'm a loyal dunkin customer and have been for decades but this one deserves zero stars. This location is consistently terrible and a disappointment to the brand. Our most recent experience on 10/11/23 was the worst we've ever had. I ordered ahead of time on the app (I usually do when we come here and it's never been an issue). The order was two donuts, one plain bagel, an iced coffee and a hot coffee. When I get there, nothing is ready (again, not always unusual) , but after 10 minutes I asked one of the workers for an update on my order and they finally looked at my order only to tell me that they were out of all of the donuts I requested and out of plain bagels. They're usually out of donuts, so I ordered different flavors. I also changed the plain bagel to a bag of plain bagel minis. After finally getting our food, they said the coffee will be right out. Another 15 minutes went by with nothing. I asked one more time but ended up leaving without the coffees because I had to get to work. When I got in the car, they gave me everything bagel minis instead of plain (this was for my toddler so it was more frustrating) and the wrong donuts. This experience took in total almost 45 minutes only to get an entirely incorrect order and not even two coffees that I had paid for. We have come to this location for 3 years and it's always been below average but never enough to where we wouldn't return, but we won't be coming back after today.

I'm getting very disgusted with Dunkin Donuts I buy a lot of donuts for clients and people I probably spend 50 to $60 a week or more I went into the Dunkin Donuts this morning the restroom was filthy paper thrown all over the two ladies in the place had just opened up and as far as I'm concerned the bathroom should have been cleaned last night before they left but that's not my only problem every time I go into a Dunkin Donut anymore there either out of big bags so I can't put three or four big boxes into a bag and carry them and I'm handicapped which makes it really difficult for me to try to carry boxes plus this morning as usual up in Morristown last week and another place down in Greenville they were out of the boxes to buy a dozen donuts I had to get six or eight small boxes holding six donuts and that's really kind of embarrassing when you're trying to do a sales promotion with corporate people so I've decided like I did when I lived in Michigan years ago no more Dunkin Donut there's plenty of other places that make donuts and the quality of your Donuts have...
