Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Traverse City

** UPDATE; 24, February, 2022; No longer a loyal or regular customer. Spinach as well as many other key toppings, etc. were removed from menu. Pizza quality went down also. Oh well, it was great whilst it lasted. Time to find a new pizza place .

UPDATE - THIS PLACE IS REALLY GREAT!! It is the ONLY pizza place I order from on a REGULAR basis, and will continue to.. I suppose I was just having a 'moment of disappointed'. NEVER FEAR!! JET'S IS HERE!!

I was really craving a, chicken parm. sub. I have been a fan of, Jet's pizza for years & order rather regularly from this location, so I placed an order for the aforementioned sub. Everything is always great -- up until now. I ordered extra & additional ingredients & also inquired if the sub would be toasted. I was not only assured that it would be toasted, the person on the phone asked if I would care for the, mushrooms & onions be cooked, i said yes. I received a room temperature sub, meat was not really even warm,( sorry guys .. I really do enjoy your food.... ), mush / onions raw, ( canned mushrooms are disgusting. )). cheese not really even melted. Is there even sauce on here!!?? I do not see it or taste it. Sub roll not toasted. So, I will never order a sub from you guys again. -- I did not even finish it. I am going to take it apart and use the filling I sitting here, shaking my head. I am left really disappointed, unsatisfied & wasted money. Lesson learned.

A chicken parmesan sub should be made; a chicken breast sliced, layered with sauce & cheese with more sauce/cheese on top, than left open faced and set to toast/broil. This was just pizza toppings loosely put on a sub roll with a very small, ( and I mean SMALL ) amount of pizza sauce.

I will not be buying pizza from here again! This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I placed my order at 4:30 and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I called when we got there at 5:00 for curbside pickup, like they told me to. They confirmed my order and told me they would get it out to me as soon as they could. I called back 10 minutes later to follow up. They told me to hold on. They kept me on the line for 5 minutes with no additional response. Finally, I hung up. I then enlisted my husband to help me with contacting them. Once he finally got through, they told him they would look into it and call him back (which they never did). At 5:55, and numerous attempted calls from both my husband and myself later, I left without pizza that I had already paid for. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I order delivery more then once a week for my company and this past time the driver never got out of his car, he called the # that places the order, didn’t get an answer and left. After calling the store I was told we could meet him half way?? Showing signs I was un-happy and asking for a manager I was told I could just call cooperate if I’d like (was never answered about who the manager was). Called again because I was hung up on, and I was told from someone else they would re-send the order. After an hour and no pizza from our last conversation I call and finally get a manger and was told they never re-sent the order...... very disappointing, I’ll never use this...
