Besides the amazing people and deals, reading my reviews for pre-rolls in store is the highlight of my trips there. I love to give tips, but most times it's not much. The tip of not putting frozen hamburger buns with the tie on in the microwave will last longer than any change in a jar. :) You guys effin rock! Thank you again and see you next time!!!!

April 2025* Once again, (#1)Hannah at the front desk with a smile and (#2) Lana got me to go to the back where all the goodness of cannabis is. Best part of my visits are reading these reviews from the prior. This time is no different!!! More bang for your buck at PUFF always!!! I love cutting up and being real with the gals and this day was no different. Merry Jayne my dog was a hit and got all the loves too!! I will bring her in next time she is with me, I PROMISE!!! I recently discovered PUFF TC and stopped in there after reviewing their menu on weed maps. I was impressed by the quality of the flower that they were offering; some had the highest THC concentration/percentages I hadn’t ever found from other Grand Traverse County dispensaries. The quality of everything was top notch, so ngl it was a bit pricier than other places. But the quality of the nugs It is well worth it in my opinion it has lasted me longer than a larger quantity of flower with lower quality. First time Experience: as a first time customer, I did receive a free lighter with the company logo, a premium prerolled, stickers, & a pack of PUFF rolling papers. The staff was very accommodating, informative, professional, and incredibly nice. The guy that was in the back room was really great and his customer service skills are top notch. He did a phenomenal job of getting me to spend more money than I was intending on... a true salesman. I can’t remember his name but he was very knowledgeable about every product, he was very patient with me and I did not feel rushed or overlooked. IMO, he definitely deserves a raise! Hi ended up purchasing 1/4 OZ of “Rozay,” a sativa dominant hybrid. I also got an eighth of “Cherry Berry,” an Indica dominant hybrid, & 1 g of “Motor Breath #15,” a true indica which clocked in at just under 34% THC. I definitely recommend Cherry Berry! It was incredibly tasty with high flavor notes of refreshing citrus- almost tropical & with a bright note of Diesel. The Motor Breath is perfect for pain, no appetite and a guaranteed great night’s rest. & the Rozay kept true to it’s title, with a rich floral flavor that’s just the right amount! VERY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASES ❤️☺️

We are long time customers of Puff in Bay City. We moved a couple of months ago and the closest Puff to us is in Traverse City, yet it is still a 2.25 hour drive. We are consistent customers, purchasing 20 bags of gummies per month @ $10.00 per bag. The last time we went, they only had 10 bags, and convinced us to buy 8 bags of a different brand. That brand did not work for us so Puff agreed to exchange the remaining bags. They were also to have the brand we usually use last Thursday, we agreed to exchange the unwanted gummies and purchase 20 more bags. Much to our dismay, not only did they not have the brand we requested, they don't know when they will be in. We were pushed off and when I told the manager on duty that my S/O is a combat vet using gummies for PTSD, and no longer using any other medications, he really didn't seem to care. He told me he was getting frustrated, and was really over the conversation. The manager was very young, but he managed to lose a customer, a customer who buys 20 bags of gummies per month. This is poor customer service and pretty disrespectful as he also called me "honey" and not in a nice way. We found another dispo who helped us out, and our business will be with them now.
