Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Traverse City

The card machine has not worked for gift cards for 2 years since I moved up here. They manually enter it sometimes, but this time the young man who was working didn’t know how. He put no effort into finding out, and when I asked for a manager to help show him, he said there is no way in the system to do it. When I know there is, because for the last two years I have had to have them enter in gift cards. At this point put some effort into getting your machine fixed. If you have gift cards don’t go to this location, spend them at the one by Meijer they actually work at that location. I ordered a large (cause that's all you can get in "thin" crust) with jalapenos, pineapple & ham and 8 hot wings (cause that's the smallest order you can get). I waited too long for more food than I wanted as others were waited on. When I got it home, by my car, (across the street), the pizza was temped (not near hot). Wings had black marks (but not hot or crispy). In all, $24. I wanted to try their new thin crust. Many pieces only had ham, some had too many jalapenos and others none at all. So first time ever being in Michigan was a long day with 13 people mostly children we needed fast good pizza to end our long day. Anyways the lady who works there front desk with PURPLE HAIR has a very rude attitude. Throwing things at customers and sliding pizzas everywhere.
