Grand Traverse Vapor — Local services in Traverse City

I have been a visiting this location for roughly 5 years at least once a week. Over that time I have recommended this location to 100’s of people when they come into my work needing vape supplies and don’t know where to go. They lost all of the good helpful employees, removed all the loyalty and friends and family discounts for the majority of loyal customers and don’t want to give it back. It’s been worse every visit for the last couple months. Today was just an overall very disappointing experience between the rude older gentleman working, the price hike and overall lack of customer service now that the great employees have unfortunately moved on. I’m all about shopping local to keep the money in the community but after taking a look at how much cheaper the same stuff is online from other vendors and how bad this visit was I can’t justify giving them anymore of my hard earned money. Their competition sells the same type of e liquid I like for less than half shipped to my door, no transportation costs to and from the store either. I think I would rather spend much less and do less for the same thing and not deal with anyone face to face. You gotta give customers a reason to come...

Normally i don't post reviews but i was compelled to after the horrible experience i had here. I tried a bottle of their house juice "their most popular flavor" tested off didn't vape right took it back they tried it said something was wrong with it and exchanged it for another bottle of "one of their best sellers" berry blue. First time i tried to vape it tasted like straight menthol no other flavors. Disappointed i took it back they refused to try it wouldn't listen to me wouldn't exchange so i sat the 27 dollar full bottle on the counter and left. Great experience, first time trying this out, but the guys were full of knowledge and tips, they went through my options and again so much info. then I got to try the juices I wanted to. he went through how to use my system, step by step, so patient. Outside of just feeling confident in making my decision, these guys made me feel like there really wasn't another place I would want to go. Super friendly they knew everyone's name that walked through the door. It's just a place I know I will go back, a place I see myself being a regular. Troy and I want to say TJ were their names.
