You can't actually order at the register in store at this location. There is a register but no one manning it and half a dozen employees to ignore you as you try. The drive through runs to the street so you block traffic on a bad day. There is zero signage stating this until you are parked and inside. I watched numerous people walk in and wait and eventually leave in frustration. I downloaded the app I didn't want and it took what should have been a fast order and made it 10 minutes to run through the process. There is another DD in Malvern I'll be going to from here on out, if I go at all. Upon the completion and payment of my order on the touch screen the man at the counter said “we don’t have any donuts.” The only had a few random left from a previous batch. I understand people go to Dunkin donuts for more than donuts, like coffee but the utter lack of self awareness of not having the product which you are named after is disappointing to say the least. Read moreI ordered an unsweetened tea with no lemon. I pull up to the window and the woman stares at my silently as I hand her my card. I notice there is lemon in my tea so I ask if I could get no lemon. She says nothing, walks away. Comes back and hands me a tea with no lemon (silently). I ask her if I can have a straw and a Splenda which she does, but looks irritated. I pull away and take a sip and about choke on a lemon seed.
