I would give zero stars if possible. Have visited this Arby's several times since relocating my business to this area. I have tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, even though every time I have been there , my order was messed up somehow. My visit yesterday will be the last. The young man behind the registrer could not get the order right in his computer. After I paid $20 for lunch for two, I was told that they were out of onion rings. None left in the whole store. I did not want curly fries for a replacement and just requested it be refunded. That took almost 10 minutes, since the manger was replacing the napkin holders, with store bought napkins, since this location was out of napkins as well. Once I was finally ready to sit down with my food, I was given my Jamocha Almond shake, with whipped cream on top. I DID not want the whip cream. The gentleman who made the shake was really rude about having to make another without whipped cream. And just continuously berated me for "having a bad day" and to "take it easy", the onion rings would be back the next day. I advised him more than once, I was not angry, just frustrated with the time it was taking to get to actually eating the (now cold) food I had ordered. He refused to let let it go, and made me another shake that was not mixed up at all. He told me that since it was a large, the cup was too big for him to do it properly. When he handed it back a second time, the shake was dripping down the sides and the cup was a mess. All this was going on right in front of the manager and yet she never said a word. Never even an apology. I just requested another refund for the shake. I was so frustrated at this point, I left my entire meal on the table and left. The staff here is very rude. Read morePulled up to Arby’s around 8:45 PM. Majority of the workers were laying around sitting at the tables. The manager who was no older than the employees was playing around in the drive-through window with a young man who was supposed to be taking the order I ordered a jamocha shake, and a vanilla shake, I pulled off from the drive-through window only to notice that the vanilla shake has strawberry and chocolate in the bottle and a jamocha shake was just as light as the vanilla shake. I pulled back into Arby’s drive-through told them that vanilla shake have chocolate in it ask for another Shake the young man that took the order, became annoyed and slam the window and began making the vanilla shake. The young lady at the window who I now found out was the manager came to find out what the complaint was, and stated that there was nothing she could do about the jamocha shake, she then handed me the shakes with whip cream running down the side of both shakes.. I asked her to wipe it off. I asked her to speak to the manager. She stated that she was the manager I said as the manager you would actually hand the customer cups with ice cream and whipped cream running down the sides of them and she said have a nice day and slammed the window.
