I’m disappointed with this location, I went in and an employee was complaining about being the only one working and talking about his manager and being left there…to the people ahead of me. Then when he got to me, my pizza had been sitting on the end of the conveyor for the entire time. He couldn’t find my order on the computer, and I ended up pointing at my pizza and saying “that’s probably it”, I could see it from the cash register. He cut it and gave it to me, I didn’t check it, because I thought I had seen enough from the side on the belt. However, when I got back to visiting my mom, I realized the pizza was horribly made, it was almost exactly like little caesars, the toppings were clearly slapped on carelessly in the middle of the pizza. I had been excited to try the hand-tossed style, and my son was excited to as well, but we were very disappointed. I’ve noticed problems with this location anymore, it seems a great product ruined by poor or unprofessional customer service. I hope it gets turned around with Marions...
Read moreIt just really isn't what it used to be. In this day and age of get it now hurry up, we have to have it now, engineering came up with a convection oven on a conveyor belt with forced air to cook pizza quickly. Yesteryear most pizza places in Ohio either had natural gas fired or electric Blodgett or similar bottom heated pizza ovens with a natural draft, some had electric ovens with the same concept, stone on the bottom for both. It ruined pizza in my opinion. I have used both and cook with both. Each has their purpose but pizza isn't it. A central order station for Troy and Dayton is ridiculous. No personalization with the location, no loyalty to repeat customers from the management or people in the store. The pizza is mediocre when you get it at best. If you want it the best it can be these days you better eat it at the store in your area at least if it's under cooked or you have issues with the toppings or such you can actually talk to someone who...
Read moreI ordered my pizza Sunday night at 11:39pm. 50 minutes later I called the ridiculous call center to ask where my pizza was. They said it was on its way. 30 minutes later still no pizza. Tried to call again and the call center was closed. My card was charged $14.99 and didn't get the pizza. I called Monday morning when they opened and was transferred to the "district manager" had to leave a message but have yet to get a response. I also emailed the customer service line and got no response. It's now 24 hours later and i have no response from them, no pizza, and the $14.99 charge is still on my card. We should be able to call the store directly and get answers. Not have to call the call center. I will never order from a dayton area Cassano's again. To update this situation it is 5 days later and they have not contacted me back and no refund has been given. Poor excuse for...
