Went to Frickers in Troy Ohio tonight as a spur of the moment decision. They were not super busy, but yet we waited awhile to even place our order. There were 3 adults and 1 child. The 3 adults ordered an app of the cheese fries with just cheese and bacon only. All of the adults got burgers. We waited 35-40 minutes for our food. The app came out with our food. 2 of the burgers, the buns were like bricks. Not sure what happened there. The 3rd burger was just ok. And the app of the fries that should've came out 15-20 minutes prior was wrong and had chili on them. The waitress had walked away to go to another table. As she started to walk back by, she saw my husband make a face as he was dishing them on a plate and realizing the order was wrong. She said she would be right back with a new and correct order. Those came out about 15 minutes later and she pretty much just dropped them on the table and kept walking. She never once checked on us, asked us how the food was or ask if we needed any refills. My husband did happen to complain about our buns on our burgers and she said she could have new ones made up to go, which we did not want at all. She eventually took the 2 burgers off of our bill. We wish we would've picked someplace else to go...we will not ever...
Read moreOk food, very loud for a random Tuesday night, service was the bare minimal.
Haven't been to fricker's much and this was the first time here. It would be nice if they had a sign that said seat yourself instead of standing up front thing we had to wait to be seated. It wasn't a full house but it was loud with annoying music up to loud I felt like I had to yell so the waitress could hear me. The waitress seemed to do a bare minimal job. Not sure if she was new or not as experienced. There could be some improvement there. Just with checking in a little more often and making sure we got all our food. The food seemed to take a little on the long side for a random Tuesday night where it wasn't a full house. Ordered the chili it was not very good at all. Looked pretty dried out. Got two packs of crackers with it. I guess I should of asked for more than to expect it with a $6 bowl of chili. Too much tomato. The chicken wrap was ok. The cheese burger sliders were too char broiled. The boneless chicken wings I got to sample were pretty good. Overall not the worst experience at a place but it could definitely be improved upon. Id go back. Id just skip the chili for sure. Lots of menu items. Will see how it...
Read moreI ordered 200 chicken wings for my sons graduation party and asked them to toss them in buffalo sauce. We picked them up brought them home (30 minutes away) and saw they had no sauce on them and they didn’t send any sauce. I immediately called and the lady on the phone at first apologized and offered me a partial credit for the next time I came in. Then she said she has to ask her manager how to give me the credit. When she came back on the phone she said her manager said the wings did have sauce but it had just soaked in to the wings. If anyone has ever had buffalo sauce on their wings they would know it doesn’t soak in like that! My son tasted them and they had no flavor of buffalo at all. It was the one thing I had done for his party that was especially for him and it was ruined. Then I was lied to on the phone. There wasn’t a trace of sauce in the bottom of the pan or in the flavor of any of the wings. Worst $178...
