Absolutely TERRIBLE service, along with employee/management customer interaction. The most unprofessional I’ve EVER experienced and I have worked in the food industry for about 6 years total in my life. That says a lot. Sat in the drive thru for about 10 min before my order was taken, sat at the window for about 10-15 min waiting on my food. I was given the wrong drink, the lady got an attitude when I told her that. Rolled her eyes and sighed, put my girlfriends food down and took a few minutes to come back with the correct drink. Left my girlfriends food sitting by the window until my food was done, which in total was about 10-15 min. My food was fresh, my girlfriends food was cold. Had to go back through the long wait in the drive thru, just to get more attitude from the same lady. I told her the situation, and stated that I only needed 1 meal to be remade and fresh this time. She asked for my receipt, I gave it to her. She walked off very agitated and appeared to be arguing with someone, then came back with an attitude telling me she can only remake the part I asked for, not the entire ticket. I said that’s fine, that’s what I’m asking for. She rolled her eyes, semi aggressively closed the window and walked off. Came back again and asked to pull around to the front. So I did. Got the food much quicker this time, but it was still wrong. Incorrect toppings on it, with the addition of something that doesn’t even come on this specific meal. I called to talk to a store manager with a complaint, and 1 of the “3” managers hung up on me a total of 4 times. Absolutely refused to give me a name when asking who I’m speaking with and kept hanging up every time I asked. Finally a different store manager answered and she also refused to give me a name when I asked who I’m speaking with. Last I checked and knew, that’s unlawful. None of the employees had name tags and seemed to be under violation of the dress code for this establishment. This “manager” also kept making excuses and lying through her teeth and arguing with me about the situation. THEN she asks for MY NAME and still fights tooth and nail refusing to give me hers. Says that’s personal info when I literally only wanted a first name. Then continues to try and say I’m lying about the cold food the first time because she personally made it, then accusing me of lying the second time as well. This extremely unprofessional staff needs to receive proper training, not only with food, but most definitely with people skills. This all escalated to this point over a sandwich because that’s how horribly trained and under qualified this staff is. It speaks VOLUMES about a person when your under qualified to even be working at a fast food place. Absolutely disgraceful and will never be returning to this location again until there’s a proper team...
Read moreI know this won't be indicative of most people's experience, but it does show the attitude and competence of the employees so I wanted to make sure to share it. I'm on a keto diet and needed to get fast food due to a busy schedule Friday evening. I hate asking for special orders at fast food because I feel like I'm being difficult for the employees, but decided to do it anyway. I hesitantly asked if I could make a strange request and the gal on the other end of the speaker happily said "Sure, no problem." I asked for an ultimate cheeseburger sandwich AND an ultimate breakfast sandwich or together on the same bun (I had skipped lunch and needed the calories but this way it would have half the carbs) and that if it was too much trouble that's fine. (I could just remake it myself but I hate wasting food) She assured me it was no trouble and even checked to see if she could discount it a bit for the deleted bun. That definitely was not expected at all. When I received my order I was surprised to find that they hadn't just put the breakfast sandwich ingredients on top of the burger, which was all I requested, but rather had carefully made a sandwich with the eggs and ham interlaced between each patty. It was quite possibly the most delicious sandwich I've ever had from a fast food restaurant! If I knew the order taker and order maker's names I would write a letter to their manager praising them. It may seem like a small thing, but that meal singlehandedly helped wash away a stressful day and let me go to bed with a satisfied stomach and a smile on my face. Thank you, whoever you are. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on even when I don't have a strange order and be bringing my friends and family here...
Read moreI ordered on the Jack in the box app, and got it delivered. Unfortunately right as the order arrived my dog had a seizure, so I didn't get to look at it right away. By the time I got to look at it, the food had gotten cold. I don't blame Jack in the box for that. However, I didn't get my large iced vanilla creamacinno, 4 tacos, and a chocolate shake. When I called up there the guy put my on hold for a while, which basically consist of him setting the phone on the counter and talking to who I am guessing was the night manager. I could hear her talking very loud and being very rude about the situation, and basically saying I have to just deal with it. When he got back on the phone he said he couldn't talk to me about my issue on the phone because there were only 2 people working tonight, and asked if I could come in to the restaurant soon with a receipt. I explained the situation to him about the dog and how I couldn't be there soon because of it, and how they didn't send my order with a receipt. Not to mention why would I have it delivered if I could go to the restaurant. He said he didn't know what to do because he was not the manager and said he would write down my number and have them call me to straighten it out. I have yet to hear anything from them. Total price for what I didn't receive that I paid for was close to $10. If they are doing this to multiple people every day no wonder they can stay in business. They are jacking up prices and taking people's money for nothing. I'm not going to be going there anymore. And with the rude behavior from the night manager I'm not going to miss anything. Go to Taco Bell....
