If I could give no stars, I would. They never answer the phone and when I went up there to get a quote for tint on my car done, they had closed at least 30min prior to posted time. Finally, when I got to speak to someone the guy asks me what kind of car I had. I told him a mustang. He goes, “how many doors?” I said ummm, 2. He says, “so just the 2 windows.” I told him well, there’s 2 rear quarter windows along with the back glass that needs done as well. He just looked shocked. At this point, I was really beginning to question my decision of bringing my car here. Then, he takes down my name wrong 3 times along with my number incorrect at least twice. Then he says ok. I asked him if he was going to call me or what was happening. He goes, “ughhhh, ya.” Needless to say, when they call back IF they call back, I will be speaking to the manager and will most definately be taking my car elsewhere. I made an appointment at 2:00 and I get there 10 min early and one of the guys said i have to finish up this car real quick. But no. I took an hour for him to just pull the car in and I asked him how long it would take he said it’s a quick easy install and will only take 30min. But no. It took 2 hours for them to do it. And I didn’t end up leaving until 5. So when that was all done I looked at my shift boot and the shift boot was DESTROYED. It was off the center cousle and I could barely shift it into 1&3 gear. I stopped in myself to price out an amp and subs for my sons birthday. Everyone I initially spoke with was super helpful. They spent the time to run me through all my options, and helped me make an informed decision. I brought my son back a little later that day to make a final decision, where again we were met with great customer service and knowledge that helped us pick the right set up. They got us in for an install super fast, and everything sounds amazing! Will definitely recommend, and would absolutely use again without hesitation.
