Unfortunately I would NOT recommend doing business here any longer. I have tried to work things out with the owner Elle but she is difficult to deal with. I purchased a gift card several months ago for a specific stylist that is no longer at the salon. When I called to ask what could be done with my gift card I was turned away and told my stylist had the money for the gift card that strands would no longer honor it. I purchased this gift card at the front desk not with my stylist. My gift card is not expired. My stylist had to reach out to Elle because she did NOT get my gift card money. Elle then agrees to let me use my gift card in the spa. A spa that I did NOT purchase a gift card for. Elle refused to let me use the card for product that I had to use the spa. (I did not ask to see another stylist I think most can agree when you find your stylist you trust you keep them) Most of the services in the Spa do not interest me or are way more then my gift card. So I decided to do the unlimited tanning. After purchasing I find out from the sign on the spa door hours are very limited (I purchased my tanning package upstairs in the salon so I did not see this) My first trip in no one was in the spa so I had to go to the salon to get them to open the spa. Today I go and no one is there upstairs or down. I was told the spa would be open 9-4 today when I asked Friday. So now I have wasted my time and gas and won't be able to tan for 3 days. This doesn't sound like unlimited tanning to me? I do not think this situation was handled correctly from the start and seems to be getting worse. I feel like my money has been stolen. Read moreI would not recommend going to this salon. Elle the owner has bad business sense/skills and will try to cheat anyone out of their money. Last September I was getting married and I had booked my appointment thorough the Salon with a specific Hair Stylist. I did however book my makeup with Elle herself, when I went in for my hair and makeup trial, Elle did not listen to anything I said, how I wanted my makeup done or how I wanted to look. She did her own thing and I was not happy with the results. I then changed my makeup artist to the same person who was doing my hair and loved the outcome so much better. However when I changed makeup artist Elle gave my hair stylist the “cold shoulder” because she had taken a client away from her (which was not the case I choose the leave on my own will because Elle just ignored what I wanted). During all of this my hair stylist had enough of what Elle was doing to her and left to go somewhere else. I followed my hair stylist. The day came for me to get married and I find out that Elle still had be on the books (with the hair stylist that left), even though I had asked them to take me off. When I asked about my hair stylist she just told me that she was out “sick” and that she could stick me with someone else. If anyone has gone through a wedding, you know that you do trials with your stylist to make sure that’s the hair style you want, you don’t just wing it with someone you don’t know! When I told her that I knew my hair stylist wasn’t there anymore and that she had moved to a different salon, Elle proceeded to get angry at me. Read moreI've always recommended this salon but I will not return after my experience with the Elle. Elle did my hair extensions. That day, I was running a little bit late and she actually did a 2-hour job in about 1 hour. She could have told me that she needed a full 2 hours to do a decent job, but instead proceeded to just complain about how she paid her babysitter and how she had plans to go out of town. When indeed, she was just rushing so she could do one of her co-workers hair extensions. I paid over $700 to have extensions put in and less than 2 months later a majority of them hav come out. When I reached out to her, I felt like an inconvenience. I asked her if I could just see someone else in the salon. She proceeded to tell me that no one else could do anything for me because she was the one that did my extensions. She offered me a free hair brush in lieu of my 700.00 extensions just coming out! She literally blamed it on the hairbrush I was using! She's a very arrogant individual, and rude.
