Very rude girl at the counter. When I went to place my order she snapped at me and pointed and said I had to use the kiosk station over there. I bit my tongue turned around and placed my order. When it said here or to go I stated we were eating in and put in the next number available into the system. Screen said take your number and have a seat and food will be delivered to your table. My son and I were sitting at our table in plain site of the counter. The same young girl yells out an order number...she yells it out a second time...then she yells out the details of my order that she clearly put in a to go bag. I walk up to the counter again biting my tounge... take my order as she then proceeds to say "apparently people have hearing problems today". As much as I wanted to snap back and say "no apparently you are having an issuing reading your screen that says eat in order at table 34...I don't...I just sit back down and my son says "Mom didn't you put our order in for here? I said yes and showed him our receipt where my son says "she was very rude and was supposed to bring our food to the table like the screen just said". I turned to him and said it has already been an exhausting day for me and I am not in the mood to engage in bad behavior. So for the next 15 minutes while we tried to eat our lunch and talk about his day we had to listen to the same rude young lady yell across the restaurant to her child who was maybe 5 years old sitting alone at a table while her mother worked ...that the little girl was nasty and a filthy slob and how she doesn't deserve nice things how she is done buying her shoes and how all she does is waste her mother's money. I look up at this rude young girl and next to her is one of the manager's working drive thru, but not a word was said to the employee for her language or behavior or the way she spoke to customers. Read moreI usually don’t get McDonald’s but when I do, it’s a treat to myself. Anyway.. I ordered a 2/$3.50, a large fry and a drink. I waited about 10-15 minutes(it was pretty busy, nbd) in the drive thru all for them to give me only the drink and the large fry (& the sweet and sour sauce). Traffic was pretty heavy so I just left and started munching on my fries because they were right there on top. About 5 minutes later, I realized I didn’t have my nuggets or cheeseburger. I called them and let them know about this situation and they said to come through the drive thru or come inside. I informed them that I had an appointment to get to(tattoo appointment) and won’t be returning for awhile. They said okay. Stupid me for not grabbing the name of the girl who took my call. This was at 2PM. I came back at 6PM and they told me they couldn’t do anything because of the time lapse. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So they decided they just wanted to take my money that I work hard for. And yes, it’s not a lot. But it’s something enough for me to be annoyed by the fact. MCDONALDS IS ALSO A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. I’m sure they wouldn’t hurt over $3.50/tax. I called the number at the bottom of my receipt, twice might I add, and still haven’t gotten it situated so I thought to give this review instead. I do know the owners name is Rueben. With our disabled 4-year-old grandson he was hot and late for lunch I've never been more embarrassed 1 of your girl (I'll say) managers took our money for our order a second later opened back up windows with her head tilted said we gave her a fake $100 bill. There was no professionalism in this whatsoever. I was flabbergasted and replied can't be we just got from bank give it to me ill give her another she snippetly replied (oh you ain't getting this back) and slammed window shut left us on line asking everyone through window closed what was going on no reply other customers were beeping and yelling at us they didn't see what was happening. Well, she turned out to be wrong never apologized. No one on the team would give her name to us they took forever to give us our food and change i left car to go in to get her name and she threatened to call the police on me I told her to go ahead I did nothing wrong I'm a paying customer stop in there almost daily for happy meal but now I will go out of way to burger king for now on i understand the shortage with employees but you have to make sure they can professionally handle themselves before...
