Tonight's experience was the worst experience at Taco Bell I've ever had. Not only did I wait in line at the drive-thru for approximately 38 to 41 minutes, The girl who took my order was incredibly rude. My order came to $33 and some change, and most of the items ordered were made completely incorrect except for two dorito tacos. Not only that but everything was ice cold. I was made to wait at the window for nearly 20 minutes after waiting forever for the car ahead of me to place their order and then waiting for the person to take my order as well.
The girl gave us the wrong drink but closed the window on me when I tried to tell her so I was unable to ask her to fix it. When she handed me my change she shoved it in my hand so hard that a bunch of the change fell onto the ground, a popnd she sighed and rolled her eyes and asked if I needed her to come get that for me. To which I replied no. But My change back was $6.80 something cents and the change she gave me all nickels. When she was handing me the food I was trying to ask for mild sauce and she spoke over me saying it had taken so long because they had to wait for the cinnabon delights. Which I did order a two pack of. However when I open them minutes later they were ice cold. She did hand me a giant handful of mild sauce that also fell everywhere. Some fell onto the floor of my car which accidentally got stepped on so now I have a big mess I have to clean up.
Overall I am just extremely unhappy and I would like to speak to the corporate office. I noticed on other reviews they were responses from hospitality Syracuse? I will be anxiously awaiting your reply to this, and would like a telephone number so I can speak to someone directly. I'm not sure if there was a manager there tonight but if there were I don't believe they're the right person for that job. I also don't think the girl at the window should be dealing with the public. She has zero customer service skills in her personality is horrible. The whole time I sat at that window being ignored we could hear people laughing in the back like it was playtime and not a job. And considering they made pretty much everything incorrectly, what exactly were they doing back there? I read the reviews from just this past month alone and they are atrocious. Does nobody care about this location? Because you know it's going to make money regardless considering it's right next to the college and the college suites across the street? And the fact that you're open so late you know those college kids are going to be there no matter what right? I truly hope that isn't the attitude the corporate office has. And I would like to see immediate action taken regarding these...
Read moreDo not risk driving to this location any time 11:00pm or later, or you could end up wasting time & gas.
There's a chance you could be turned away, as they lie and say they're closed when they're actually supposed to be open later.
Team Members & closing Shift Managers need to be written up and documented for consistently turning customers away 1-2 hours before closing time. They sometimes do this so they can finish closing tasks earlier and leave earlier, or even engage in time theft by doing nothing for hours on the clock after finishing closing tasks before the time the restaurant was even supposed to be closed.
Not sure who the Area Coach (fancy term for District Manager) is for this location now, but I used to be a General Manager for Taco Bell in multiple states and Team Members / Shift Managers were fired for closing early. Them doing this negatively affects sales, productivity, labor percentage, and most importantly it negatively affects the community they are supposed to be serving until the time they're supposed to be open until. If they're not going to care about the people they are supposed to be serving or care about their job, they don't deserve a job. This will...
Read moreI am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have experienced with the Taco Bell mobile app, which has been causing considerable inconvenience and frustration for me and possibly other customers. I have been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for a considerable period and often use the mobile app to check the operating hours and place orders. However, in recent months, I have encountered a persistent problem where in the app consistently displays that the Vandenburgh Ave- Taco Bell location is open when, in reality, it is closed(From the drive through window they say like we have no workers , our machines are not working). This discrepancy between the app's information and the actual operating status of the restaurant has led to wasted trips, time, and fuel, not to mention my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service. This issue has affected my overall experience as a customer, and I believe it's essential for Taco Bell to address and rectify this problem promptly. I understand that technological issues can arise, and I believe that Taco Bell can address and resolve this matter in a manner that ensures a smoother and more reliable experience for...
