Ordered from them last night for the first time, it will also be our last time. I placed the order at 9:21 PM, received an email that it would be ready in 21-26 minutes, we arrived at 9:45 to pick up. First we waited on the people in front of us for five minutes until they finally got their order, then we pull up to the window and say our name. The girl takes our money and then says our stuff is still in the oven... umm ok... why after 25 minutes is our stuff still in the oven, but that's fine. She then says hang on I will see how long it's going to be.... Fast forward 15 more minutes and we are still waiting at the window for the girl to tell us how long it will be, she had forgotten about us until she looked over and realized we were still sitting there. She comes up and tells us it will be another 3-5 minutes. Now I'm not sure where they gathered their logic from, but in no way should two subs and some wings take 40 minutes to cook. So after she tells us 3-5 minutes she disappears again... ANOTHER 15 minutes later! In what freaking world is 3-5 minutes, 15 minutes?!?! She comes back and says we are just waiting on one more thing... ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!! Move the hell out of the way and I'll cook it my damn self. Another 10 Minutes pass by and she finally comes to the window with our order and the only thing she says is oh yeah sorry about the wait. Welp I'm sorry you are such a dumb ass. Why the hell did it take an hour and a half for a pick up order that was literally two subs and some damn wings?!?! How are you people still in business?!?! We will never be going...
Read moreI ordered online tonight and went inside to pickup my order. I had $7.00 in mostly quarters and a $1 bill for a pizza that cost $7.99. The young girl at the cash register refused to accept my money because it was change. She said that her manager doesnt want them accepting change for payment. She eventually accepted my payment. Normally I am not that broke but life happens. Tomorrow is my payday and I was hungry so we ordered pizza here.We love pizza from Domino's. Usually every Domino's I have ever went to everyone is always so nice and I don't complain about anything in restaurants but for you to try to refuse to take my money is so wrong. She suggested that I go down to the gas station to get cash for the change. I make $20 an hour and so does my husband. We are both first responders and work 12 hour plus shifts. I recently moved to Columbus and am tight on money until tomorrow. I do not understand how you guys think it is ok to try to deny someone that is paying regardless. I even counted the money out myself which is fine because I was making the payment with change and she was beyond angry. I can understand if I was being rude or disrespectful but her attitude and the way she was treating me was so wrong rude and disrespectful. I will not come back here again. Money is money regardless of the form of payment and there is also a thing called human decency being how you treat others and you should really work on that . This has been my worst experience in any restaurant and I will not be back if this is how you treat...
Read moreIf you were used to Domino's Pizza from 20 years ago, this is not it... Let me start by saying that when we ordered pizza in the past, if it's through a franchise, it was always Papa John's, otherwise we tried to buy local.
We had a recommendation a couple months ago to give Domino's another try because I always bashed them even though I haven't tried them in the last 20 years.
Boy am I glad I did give them another shot, this has turned out to be our favorite franchise Pizza and ranks right up there with some of our local favorites.
They constantly have deals, so far through four orders we have not had any mistakes, we've had delicious pizzas and sides, and we're always confronted by friendly staff. The online owner tracker is easy to follow, I've yet to have any sort of delay on an order. To be honest, the only thing I am upset about is that I hadn't given them another shot sooner.
I'm genuinely confused about any recent bad reviews people leave based on one experience. As you can see, I've given them three or four shots before I wrote my review as I never judge a company or service off of one experience, especially if it's bad.
If you haven't tried Dominos in a long while, give them another shot. If you're like us, it'll soon become your family...
