We came to subway in reynoldsburg ohio store # 752 brice road Went thru the drive through Aug 29, 2013 between 10pm-1030 pm we ordered 2 premium sandwiches 1 footlong and one 6in Sandwich with all the toppings We also ordered a turkey club with all the toppings and when we got to the window to pay for our order we realized that we had a coupon for buy one 6in as long as you buy a drink with it so we told the gentlemen who was running drive thru tht we wnted to order another sandwich 6in turkey club and use this coupon HE said very RUDLEY to us that we will need to go back to drive through and place that order it seemed as if he could care less if we gave them our bussiness or NOT we were just a bother to him he could care less about what we wanted or the service we GOT I was in shock !!! i thought to my self customer service is what brings prople back to your bussiness not run them way Well NOT this subway REYNOLDSBURG OHIO BRICE ROAD they could care less he didnt offer to let us to pay for it like ALL other bussiness do and tell you to move up or park that the order will tew minutes longer instead it seemed like he just wanted to be GONE!! we proceed to the drive around and go thru the drive thru like he said and waited another 15minutes to place our order the other turkey club and drink leomande we ask for we were now the last customers of the night he gave us the drink and food my daughter took a drink of the lemoande she said the drink didnt taste right may be it ws the carbination or something she wanted to change it so my son in law started honking and knocked on the window we were still in drive through and i notice the sandwiches where soggy after waiting this long period of time in drive thru so we continued to honk and and knock on the drive thru window for a few times and next thing we know HE turns out ALL the lights!!!!!! after spending over $20 dollars at this subway wating in line going back around thru the drive drive this is how we get treat this has been the WORSE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever experienced EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we should have took our bussiness eles where I called and ask for the manager the very next day morning and a gentlemen by the name of GREG got on the phone and said he was the manager/owner and he seemed to have a attitude when i called he didnt want to give me corp office number at all he seemed as if he didnt care EITHER he ask me to decribe the guy in drive through i told him he was a white male seem tall and was the only person runing drive last night or at least helping us between 10 and 10:30 pm i said i didnt get hes name hes rsponse was im 5'8 manager/owner i 6ft not tall I didnt ask him what hes height was im making a complaint about the way we where treated at your store and the soggy food we got last night $20 worth ARE YOU kidding me your the manager/owner you dont know how go about finding out who ran the drive thru- last night at your bussiness check the drive thru reports call and you ask your employees who worked the drive thru- shift OMG!!!! i cant believe this the greg guy is looking for all the excuses in the world he GREG /OWNER could care less about the soggy sandwiches or the CUSTOMER SEERVICE we got last night NO wonder why the people in this store dont care he doesnt either!!!! i also told him i was reporting it to the corporate office he said that he will tell them when they notify him he has all ready spoke to me guess the saying goes the apple dont fall to far NOW THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read moreMe and my daughter order from this restaurant at least two to three times a week. Due to the fact that my daughter places an order so we can pick it up on her way to work. On Thursday July 9th my daughter place an order, and because they were busy in line I just got out of my car to pick it up at the window I didn't approach the window did you decide they were finishing up with another customer. I asked the gentleman to hand me my daughter's order. He said no I could get in line, I said no my daughter has to be at work and at the time there was another lady at the speaker. He said "so." So I drove off taking my daughter to work and came back I then waited behind 4 other cars. To pick up an in order that I placed on. The saying young kid came to the window handed me the order. I told him I didn't understand why he couldn't have taken care of the first lady and hand me the order. Hey then became a smart butt and told me I could have just waited in line behind the car and I would have got it then. I do understand waiting to be patient and sitting in line and placing an order but I preorder the stuff for the convenience of picking it up and not having to wait in line for everybody to place their order there has to be something better than this. The very young boy that took care of me was very rude and a smart alec. Placing an online order with this restaurant and then try to pick it up is very inconvenient. Read moreWhenever I eat here I get sick. I shouldn't feel sick after eating out so that is an automatic red flag to me. Not very friendly. I prefer the subway near the columbus state community college. At least, I don't feel sick after eating there. This is the last time that I will visit this location. Of course, this is only my opinion and experience here. You shouldn't just take my word for it but form your own opinion if you ever eat at this location.
Edit: I came back a month later because it was close to my house. I mean my first review I swore that I will never come back. I did anyways. The man with gray hair is very rude and unprofessional. I was having issues with my card(BTW I called the bank and it was fixed in under a minute). I swiped my card twice and said "This is weird. I know I have money on this card....". He rolled his eyes at me and sarcastically said "Well, you obviously don't have enough to pay for a simple sandwich!". His ignorance annoyed me. I am pretty sure everyone had an issue with their card once in their lives. I knew I had $100 on this card. I didn't like his attitude so I left Subway, called my bank.
