I went in to order since the drive thru was packed The counter girl was in the lobby and did say welcome 2 minutes later she finally got to the register and said let me know when your ready to order let me know. the man in front said I'm ready I also said I was ready. As she was slowly taking his order the girl in the back said the headsets aren't working she told the customer in front of me to hold on and she went to the back area and laughed and giggled with her friends about the headsets. Finally she came back up and finished his order. Then she took the receipt and walked to the back and laughed some more with her friends. Then she came up to take my order I ordered two chili dogs and a large drink. She said two chili cheese dogs and a large drink? I told her it wasn't chili cheese dogs just chili dogs. But just forget the hit dogs and just a large drink to go. She said no chili dogs? I said no just 1 large drink to go. She rang it in and I tapped my card. Then she got the receipt and another paper and started putting them together, at this point I said can I get my cup so I can go? She looked up at me and stopped doing anything and said you'll just have to wait. I told her I didn't have to wait just hand me the cup. She continued to slowly finish with the receipt. Then she handed me my cup and said "you need to learn how to talk to people". And then turned her back I asked for the manager and she ignored me, finally the girl in the back heard me and got the mgr, I eas telling her what happened as she stood there with her back to us. Then she turned around and started to interject, I told her I wasn't talking to her I was talking to the mgr. Then she got loud and said you can't talk to me like that just because I'm a fast food worker. The mgr just looked bewildered, I took my cup got my drink o9,uùo99⁹9and as I was leaving He said I gave you a credit, I [t 9 9 9 9am uold him I didn't want a refund, I wanted him to do something about her. If she is working your register it would help if she concentrated on the front instead of laughing and joking with her friends. I will not be back to your location, but I will let everyone know that it's a waste of time and money to go there. I was there at 6:55pm the receipt says...
Read moreThis place doesnt even deserve one star but it represents that I hated the experience and that would be correct. Understand NOBODY is wear gloves as they handle food. This place is employed by teenagers so there is alot of hair scratching face wiping and uniforms looked a mess. Very few were personable. A lot of eye rolling and not one smile in the building. There were atleast 6 employees coming around from where the food was prepared handling cones no gloves. One tried to remedy it by putting on gloves which was appreciated but began to handle money with the gloves on. She stated that the people preparing our food was wearing gloves but I just dont believe it. The food prepared was horrible and I didnt even finish it. I feel sorry for the people in the drive thru who doesnt know what he'll awaits them. I kinda wish I went through there myself but needless to say I seen what I seen and now I cant I see it. I am glad I am a woman of faith because I am trust that stripes Christ took for me will protect me not only from being separated from God but protect from seen and unseen danger which was my experience here. My friend ran to the bathroom not 10 mins after we were done. Please please be careful and if you choose to go anyway..give your life to Christ because you just may not live after the encounter. This is not satire...
Read moreEver since hiring in new people it’s gone down hill. Training is lacking. I have to order a medium cone to get the size of a small and a large to get the size of a medium and they hardly cover the ice cream with sprinkles! They don’t know how to work the cash register... chocolate cone with sprinkles not extra sprinkles (I ordered inside) yet I got charged for extra sprinkles! The ice cream had so many bare spots! , they can’t blend a blizzard now either.... service can be slow. The place doesn’t look clean and with all the hepatitis A outbreaks going around at restaurants, why are the employees not wearing gloves????!!!!!!! While they touch the part of the cone you eat... where is the manager?!! it does look like it is run by teenagers that don’t know what they are doing. I hate to waste my money there maybe I’ll try the Pickerington one. I NEVER write reviews but I just had another bad experience there. So...
