Arby's — Restaurant in Trussville

I came through the drive through on Monday night; March/08 around 6:55 and I had the most kindest people help me at the window. There was a lady named Dashia there and another gentleman in the window they were very sweet people. I’m used to rude people at fast food restaurants but they were so cool and made sure we had everything we needed. If y’all two ever see this review please give yalls life to JESUS CHRIST. Don’t worry about the things you may have to let go of. He’s so worth it he got something for both of y’all I forgot to say something to the gentleman but y’all turn away from sin he will forever have you and don’t worry who Judges you for your decision cause in the end your soul will rest with Jesus and it’s so worth it. The LORD loves y’all and so do I he’s waiting on y’all to come to him continue to be the kindhearted people y’all are. And anyone reading this give your life to Jesus Christ. We visited this Arby's to dine in on 6/3/17 at around 3pm for a very late lunch. The customer service here was TERRIBLE!! This was the rudest staff I have ever experienced at any Arby's. I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes while several employees just glanced at me before one finally came to the register. The order taker never spoke at all and spilled my loose change on the floor. Not one, not even ONE employee smiled the entire time I was there!! These employees behaved like they were absolutely miserable. My order took the normal amount of time and the food was satisfactory, however there was no sweet tea and most of the condiments were empty. The employees had bad attitudes and acted like i was inconveniencing them to get what I needed for my meal. There were other customers that also noticed this and were making comments about the crappy service. I do not recommend dining in if you visit...

This would be a great location for a fast food restaurant. We ordered online because we were traveling for a family graduation so we pre-ordered paid online to help meet our schedule. We arrived 2 minutes before the allotted time. I told the cashier that I was there for my internet order. She told me it should be ready soon. I could see it on the board. It was the only internet order. The staff ignored me from that point. The manager was in the back keeping things moving. 23 minutes later she looked through the meal chute and saw me. She immediately came out and asked if I had been helped. I told her what was going on and she went, prepared my order, and brought it to me. 33 minutes after arriving, we were back on the road making the rest of the trip rushed. The food was tasty as expected. I will not be going back to this location any time soon although I go near it several...
