I visited this location today after a great experience the first time. But my experience this time was horrible, the chicken was undercooked with the skin falling off. It was not crispy at all. The cook should have known you don't drop chicken in warm grease. I took the food back and requested a refund, but to my surprise they don't give refunds. Now as high as them boxes are, you either prepare the food correctly or give people a refund if they are dissatisfied. I don't like anyone to fix my food again after I have returned it. The sign is not visible and it isn't on the receipt. Gutheries taking this no refund policy like the chinese, no refund, no exchanges. That is the case if you don't want it replaced. I guess I will stick to the gardendale location if I ever want anymore. But I think I will just take my service elsewhere. I do not like paying my money and stuck with bad food. Read moreThe food is like Raising Canes minus the good customer service, fresh sweet tea & lemonade. Food was good. Horrible service from the cashier was the reason why I won't be back. With a Grubhub order it was ready in the time frame yet after staying in line in their drive thru the young rude girl wouldn't give me my food. She had me go to another window. She didn't check to verify who I was and just handed food and rolls her eyes at me and closes the window. As a potential neighbor in terms of owning a restaurant this was good to observe of what not to do to potential repeat customers.

I am not a delivery driver. I am a customer who ordered through Grub Hub. It only offered "pick up" and I came to pick up my food that was already paid for through Grubhub. Therefore, there's a disconnect it's as if you did not read my complaint. The service from your worker was inappropriate and rude. Read moreI visit the place multiple times a week and interact with the owner.The owner a white Male who works there took offense to me asking to have my food cooked fresh due to a recent visit of it not being fresh. I generally enjoy their food until the previous trip.He came to the window and personally stated it was fresh and handed it to me without cooking my order as requested. He seemed offended by my request. When I got home with the food it was missing sauce and fries on 2 of 3 orders. I called him and told him about it he stated he was offended by my request.
