well, first off, they don't answer the phone here,
and when I'm inside, I can actually sometimes hear them joking about not answering the phone,
they pretend they're too busy to answer it, but in reality I see them looking for literally anything else to do.
my most recent experience:
I called them before driving there to place an order ahead of time,
it just rang and rang and rang, then someone picked up and put me on hold before I could say "JUST PUT IN A BREAKFAST SAMPLER FOR ME" (takes like 10 seconds.)
rings and rings and rings and rings,
I just go drive and place the order in person,
they are decently busy, yeah, but so is every breakfast restaurant in the afternoon.
I got my order, I saw it sitting there and had to ask them to hand it to me.
I get home: I'm missing half my food.
I call them, ring and ring and ring and ring, I have to laugh because I know they won't answer,
so I drive on over there, not too upset because I'm just chillin,
I go there and I'm like "this ain't it"
so I wait for them to remake it,
I wish I were joking, but they still got the order wrong,
it was just a breakfast sampler.
it took 3 times to get my order right, well over an hour of time, and 2 back and fourth drives.
ontop of them ignoring the phone the entire time. and even laughing about it. (they didn't even know it was me calling lmao)
and one more thing. your cooks are extremely lazy. eggs aren't fully cooked and rushed out.
the hasbrowns, are the absolute worst.
they just plop them on the stove, wait for the bottom to get burned, and then flip it to make it appear to be cooked,
it's not hasbrowns, it's some crispy hasbrowns ontop of a pile of mushy potatoes.
when I ask for extra crispy hashbrowns, don't just burn the top of them lmao.
you're serving steamed hashbrowns....
Read moreThis review pains me as I am a lover of IHOP and fluffy pancakes but this ish was horrible. Me and my wife went to this restaurant during a weeknight around 10 PM. We grabbed a seat fast and there was a large party (8 people) a maybe 5 other tables preoccupied. There was a lady on the other side of the restaurant rolling up silverware and minding her own business. She didn't have on a uniform so no idea if she even worked there. But I digress. The waiter for the night, yes that is correct as the restaurant only had 1 waiter for the night apparently, was inattentive and extremely busy. Very understandable. When he came to our table we got a water and he stated he will come back for our order. Minutes passed and my stomach was so empty : (
We waited for the next 10 - 15 minutes for our orders to be taken and understood because this waiter's manager decided he is ready to handle a whole restaurant by himself. But this is what took the last straw and made us go next door to Waffle House. The waiter comes back. Pulls out his pad and paper. My wife and I now ready to put in an order. And then a couple two tables down say "we are ready to put in our order". Backstory, this couple sat down just five minutes ago. The waiter then goes to their table to take their order. With astonishment we finally left.
The 1 star is not so much as for the waiter as it is for the manager. Why on earth have 1 poor man to wait on so many tables. Get the guy some help. Either way won't be going back to this restaurant and don't recommend...
Read moreSomething seems Fishy! I am going to the BBB with this review as well. (1) Service was terrible! We had to keep asking for simple things like cream and sugar for coffee, spoons for coffee and napkins. Our waitress kept repeating our questions back as if she didn't understand what was needed. "Can we have some sugar please?" Then she would say "Sugar". And I would say "Yes sugar for the coffee". (2) When it was time to pay the bill I was given back the incorrect change amount. When I questioned the waitress, again she was confused as to what I was asking. I then noticed she was giving me change from what looked like her tips. So I asked "Why are you not using the cash register?" Then another waitress responded, "We don't have a cash register." Ummmm...What do you mean you don't have a cash register? I was then told that each waitress was basically an independent contractor. Of course now I am even more confused. I have never in my life eaten at a restaurant of any type that doesn't have a working cash register and the staff are independent contractors. This is why my change was incorrect because this waitress was using her own math not the math of a cash register. Something seems off about this situation so I will continue with the BBB. The staff had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I wanted to know why they don't have a cash register. I asked for a manager who never came out of the back office. I will not be returning to...
