I gave this 1 star only because the front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Truly those ladies deserve 5 stars; they offer amazing customer service. They are the reason it took me a while to write this review. Regarding my dentist experience, from my initial visit I noticed she had a slight attitude and was a bit snarky in her responses, but I brushed it off. The day of my actual tooth removal was the worst medical experience I have had to date. I have had 2 tooth removals in the past so I am not new to the process. As the dentist was trying to remove my tooth, I was feeling an excessive amount of pain. It was clear she didn't use enough anesthesia. She tries to pull the tooth again, I motion then she stops. She was visbily angry, rudely states that I should expect some pain, gives more anesthesia then she and the assistant step out for approx 30 mins. They come back and she tries again, yet I am still feeling excessive pain for an extraction. Some pain/heavy pull is expected but this was not normal. At the same time her assistant is pushing me down to not move. I look up and the dentist is rolling her eyes and looking at the assistant like I am too much "work" for them. I am super pissed at this point because you are pulling on my tooth like the Hulk AND you have poor bedside manner all while being a dentist. Then she decides to break the tooth down and take it out in pieces, which she did and finalized the process. She literally could have done this the first time instead of taking me through all of the nonsense and attitude. Soon as I walked out Meechie from front desk asked me how I felt and I told her I was upset. She apologized even though it was not her fault (very sweet ). I cancelled the follow-up appointment because I could not in good conscience go back to this dentist. She was not making another penny off of me. If Dr. Wright wants to remain a dentist she should leave the nasty, snotty attitude out of the office and display kindness, understanding and empathy like the ladies at...
Read moreThe Staff at Peach Blossom are very professional and knowledgeable about dentistry.
They continue to practice COVID safety measures.
The establishment is also very clean.
Dr. A. Wright and her Staff is at the top of their game.
They make you feel very comfortable in the dentist chair.
For years I have had to be sedated with laughing gas, anxiety medication, etc., just for a cleaning.
I am well into my 60's and the majority of my dental visits have been bad experiences.
I would avoid them at all cost.
As you can imagine, presently my teeth are in bad shape.
My very 1st visit, at Peach Blossom, the Staff had me at ease ("without medication :)" ).
They talk to you explaining "everything" with an air of confidence letting you know that you are in good hands ("no mistakes here").
They even devise a plan to let you know what to expect for your future treatment.
I asked so many questions, some more than once and the answer was always with patience and simplicity to ensure I fullly understood.
My 2nd visit was just the same.
You get a feeling as you walk in, that you are in good hands and that they will take good care of you, as if you were a "treasured" family member.
The next day Dr. Wright called me to go over my dental plan again, and wanted to know how I was feeling and if I had any addiitional questions.
I call that "Presidential Treatment".
If you have a fear of dentist or just want to feel like you have some control in the decision of your treatment, this is the place to go.
I am very pleased.
I am sure you will feel the...
Read moreWhen I searched providers in my area while on my quest for a new dentist, it was my desire to find a private practice where patient/customer service and dental care are genuine and delivered with excellence. I had no idea I would feel so at home and welcomed at Peach Blossom Dental. Since my first visit, Dr. Angela Wright and her team have met and far exceeded my expectations in patient/customer service and dental care. Great customer service in dental care is VERY important to me and I openly discussed this with Dr. Wright. Peach Blossom Dental delivers! From reception to the chair: Dionne, Chris, and Lisa are extremely professional and take EXCELLENT care of the patients at Peach Blossom Dental. They take time to answer questions to help understand the dental care being performed. Dr. Wright is outstanding in her craft of dentistry. I say "craft" because the care she takes with using her hands is remarkable, very gentle and meticulous. Lisa is very careful and precise, as well. Dr. Wright is also VERY easy to talk to and that makes a huge difference. As I've told Dr. Wright on more than one occasion, I am so thankful she established and that I found this small private practice. It is the...
