I usually come and I get great service i don’t know what was going on with this girl tho she was nice with the way she talks but I get to the window it’s open and she is already talking to someone else about a customer or an employee saying she is the professional not them is what I heard her say but she came to the window I handed her or at least struggling to hand her 25.35 and since she was not even bending down or reaching far enough I dropped my dime so I had to paid 26$ and she didn’t even say sorry or anything so then she didn’t even hand me my change she put it in the bag with my food and again didnt even try to reach as far as she could have so I’m struggling again like im having to look up to you you got bend down sweetie then when she handed me my first drink she is messing with something under the counter or around the computer while holding my drink out the window and making it extra hard to grab the drink so I just wait until she done messing with whatever she is messing with until she can try to meet me halfway to hand me my drink and again she didnt im struggling to get my drink while she makes no effort to bend or lean over mind my seatbelt is off and I’m in park then the second drink still no effort and I tell her “mama it’s kinda rude your not even trying to hand me my drink and I’m struggling to get it” she said I have a bad shoulder have a good day and shut the window im sorry that was so rude then I come back around cause my drink wasn’t sweet like I asked so I wanted some cream and sugar and she ignored me she walked around the counter to the dining area talking to coworker and took a order while her back is facing towards the window while im sitting there just waiting it wasn’t busy she did it on purpose I worked in customer service i was a manager at McDonald’s for 6 years and 4 years as an employee i know how its like to deal with customers but it’s too early in the morning for that i get if she got a bad shoulder she shouldn’t be in the window making people struggle to reach for there drinks and food and especially the way she responded with no sorry or anything was a bad way to start my day when it was a...
Read moreI actually love this location and the atmosphere! But I’ve been experiencing such a serious problem at this location for the past 2 months. I purchase the exact same drink every visit, grande Vanilla Latte with a side of large ice. Every visit I have been receiving dirty/ used cups with used filthy lids! The lids on 4 visits had RED LIPSTICK on it as it was handed to me. 1 visit my large venti ice cup had a used lid on it with a green residue all over the lid. Extremely disgusting, and exposes everyone that visits this location to possible communicable diseases!! I genuinely thought I was going crazy the first 2x it happened, then I started paying more attention and realized it was in fact compromised lids and cups. This is a fabulous location with awesome staff but the dirty cups and lids continuously is disturbing and completely unsanitary!! This appears to be an intentional Act and I hope it can quickly be corrected for my safety and everyone else who eats or drinks from here.
The picture below shows a Large venti Cup- its half filled bc I ordered a tall and asked for in a venti cup so I could receive extr whipped cream. As you can see, I never drink from the cup but it has RED LIPSTICK on it. Also, when you look into the cup you can see it has dried stains from being previously used! Dirty!! I took this cup and showed it to the manager at the location on 5/29/23 at 6:50pm she was visibly disgusted but stated she did not know how to handle the issue. She offered to remake my drink, but the fact she didn’t know what to say so alarming as she is the manager. Read moreThis is our local Starbucks, the last few times my orders have been incorrect and even had missing items that were paid for. Last night put me over the edge, the customer service was terrible! I visit Starbucks often and ordered one of my favorites, caramel macchiato and my 3 year olds favorite chocolate croissant, then there’s my husband who doesn’t drink coffee and he tries to order a sweet tea… the lady immediately responds and was clearly annoyed that he was a novice at Starbucks lol…I talked him out of ordering anything just in case he didn’t like it and not to be wasteful. My order was almost $10 and when we get up to the window the clerk says oh I can’t take that, looking confused my husband tries to hand her a fifty dollar bill and she says I’m not taking anything over a $20.. what?! It’s almost 5pm and you don’t have 2 $20’s if that’s all you’re taking??? There was no sign and no mention of it when we ordered, unfortunately we didn’t have any cards with us and she could have cared less!! No offer of any resolution just a no drinks and no food for you! Ugggh, I was so excited to be out of the house and so looking forward to tasting my drink… then there’s my 3 year old who couldn’t understand why we left without her chocolate croissant again, last time they forgot to give it to us.
