I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share this experience so no one else has to go through it. My wife and I recently visited the Chipotle at 5353 E. Broadway Blvd in Tucson. While the food was fine, the atmosphere and service were disappointing.
We asked the cashier, Briana, for help verifying a gift card, but right away, her attitude was dismissive. She rolled her eyes when we tried to clarify what she was asking us to do, which felt really uncomfortable. I tried to brush it off at first, but even my wife noticed how rude she was being. I decided to politely let her know how her behavior came across, hoping to resolve things, but instead, she just kept saying “Have a nice day” in a tone that felt dismissive, as if she didn’t care about what I was saying.
What made it worse was the manager’s reaction. Instead of stepping in to listen or help, she came out and loudly told us to leave, waving her hand as if to shoo us away. It was honestly shocking and left us feeling pretty humiliated.
I get that people have bad days—who doesn’t? But as a customer, I just don’t think it’s too much to ask to be treated with a little respect and kindness. I hope sharing this feedback helps the team improve because everyone deserves to feel welcome when they walk into...
Read moreI normally don't leave reviews but I think at this point I am going to say something. I took my son to the Chipotle on Broadway and Craycroft, we asked to try the new honey chicken and the girl just looked at us and put one tiny little piece of chicken in a cup and handed it over. Her attitude just made us feel like we were a bother. This is the third time I have gone to this location and so far ever employee makes me feel that way. When I asked for fajitas, she put a tiny little sliver on the burrito and I asked for more and she just swirled her eyes and added just a tiny bit more. My son asked for double rice and double chicken. She took a scoop of chicken, emptied half of the scoop back into the container and then put the other half on to the bowl for my son and did it again. So we basically paid for double chicken and got one scoop of chicken. On top of all this the food was awful. The guacamole had no flavor. It tasted like biting into a plain avocado. The meat had no flavor. The rice was extremely mushy with again no flavor. We usually go to this location to save time, but at this point I think I'd rather drive out of my way and go to the location off of Harrison and 22nd Street from now on, where I know I'm going to get great service...
Read moreI went to this chipotle on my lunch during work and It was the most awkward experience I almost walked out. I had ordered a bowl with half brisket and half barbacoa, first of all they started off giving me a small "one scoop!!!" Of rice and I had to tell them I am hungry that is not enough does the portion have to be that small? Then after adding a little more rice they gave me a small "half scoop" of meat which I proceeded saying again I am hungry does the portion have to be that small!!! The chipotle worker doing my order looked scared but he proceeded to give me more than a half a scoop of meat!!! And right after he did that he was immediately reprimanded by a "co worker!!!" Telling him that he needs to work on his portion size and it doesn't matter if the customer orders more you do not give more!!! Me feeling bad I said I told him to add it you can charge me for double meat and she said no it's OK and charged my card for the amount of the food. No sweetheart it is not OK Chipotle serving portions like rations in prison is not cool and they are charging more for it!!! If I could give you guys 0 stars 🌟 or Negative stars I absolutely would 0/10 would not recommend and definitely will not return to waste my hard earned...
