I am never one to leave a complaint for a business, I always have the benefit of the doubt for the employees, we are all human and all have bad days. But, the service me and my boyfriend received was very shocking. The employees seemed very stressed, there was only one girl on the line when we went in and although it wasn’t very busy when we first came in, a line formed and being in customer service/food I understand the environment. I understand the quickness of service goes hand in hand with volume of customers and food making, but in all honesty i’ve never seen a chipotle employee move so fast, to the point where my food is completely messed up, and although not inedible, it’s disappointing. My boyfriend ordered a burrito which i’m not sure you could even call it that with the way it looks like a ball of tortilla and some stuffing. He went up to the cashier (that saw the burrito and sold it to him) and asked for it to be remade, she told him he would have to wait in line, which was backing up close to the door by then. Why should he be made to wait in line again for a “burrito” (can’t really call it that) that they knowingly messed up and just didn’t fix. I’ve been here before and was so sketched out by the environment I left and I hoped it would be better this time, but I was very wrong. Hopefully they will learn to represent the company better, but mostly I just feel bad for them cause obviously their management is not teaching them better. update: found a hair in my food so not only did I have a unpleasant experience I can’t even eat the...
Read moreThis was a tough one to leave. We eat at this location often. My son eats there everyday for his diet. But this particular day irritates me. We ordered online as we always do pulled up to the window and 3 people were there by the diner counter on thier phones. All of them saw us there and even more people came and even went in the area where the window is. Looked right at us and walked away. This is not a drive through window it's a pick up window. I would think anyone sitting there is waiting to pick up food they ordered. Nobody even came to check despite me tapping on the glass and metal framing. I'd say maybe 10 min went by and finally someone came asked the name and it literally took less than 20 seconds. Now when they gave it to us it was one bag. It's the same stuff we order every single time and it's usually 2 bags. I questioned it and they said it all fit. When we got home the bowls were not even full and 2 of them were supposed to be double meat. This is the 1st time for the food to be like that but not the 1st time we waited that long at the window. That has happened twice. Fix this problem I'll change the review as it's usually a good place with some apparent bad seeds that don't want to work.

Read moreNormally I give chipotle 5 stars. This is a newer much more convenient location for me. So I'm hoping things improve and my next review be 5 stars. But for now no.
Today the amount of barbacoa she put on was very small. And my chips were stale. I was there at 11 am so I would think they would be extremely fresh. But they must not put out fresh every morning. And as delicious as the burritos and bowls are. They just aren't the same without the chips.
Two visits ago we waited a very long time for veggies for my wife's bowl. They were extremely busy but waiting at least 10 min is to long. Plus oddly 1 bag chips was fresh and 1 was stale. But at least we could share the fresh one.
And the last issue involved chips as well. I was bringing an order back to work and when I got there I only had 1 bag of chips. I called and they apologized saying the girl who handed me my food didn't realize another had gone back to get my other 2 bags. I guess had run out by the register. So I stopped after work and bought us dinner and they gave us the 2 bags of chips. So it worked out in the end. But these are issues I didn't have where I generally go.
The food...
