MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

I've been in paying customer for years that much is true now my issue is this I am outside the marketplace location one of the employee or manager came up to me and asked me to move to the other side of the building because the customers can see me implying that I look like a homeless person that's my assuming. No I was on my phone getting ready to order through their app to avoid having to go inside cuz yes I am dirty from work but other than that I didn't give any indications that I was begging or borrowing or anything like that I feel like I was discriminated against from the way that I look now I get it they have an establishment that needs to be able to turn profit what does that mean that I should be treated less of a human being even if I was homeless I would hope not I know this is a long review but I think we all should know is there a LGB friendly then they should be friendly to everyone now granted is the individual is just beyond filthy and they can honestly stink up the joint but I was outside I had no major body odor or anything of that time I'm kind of like wondering if it's worth being a customer if there's ever again if they're going to discriminate against anyone you guys let me know was I in the wrong or was I wrongly treated even if they gave me a free pizza I don't think that would add up to the disrespect and received it good luck people enjoy your meals I want tonight.... Outstanding Service at MOD Pizza – Marketplace Tucson

I had an incredible experience at MOD Pizza in the Marketplace Tucson location. Kameron went above and beyond—he was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. As someone who is plant-based, I truly appreciated his care and attention. I ordered 8 pizzas and a garlic bread, and he took the time to change gloves and ensure I had a fresh sauce free of dairy cheese bits. Each pizza was made with care and consistency, and he even helped carry my order to the car.

The entire staff at this facility is exceptional. From the manager Bob to every team member I’ve encountered, the level of customer service has always been top-notch. Even when I order online, the quality remains consistent, which speaks volumes about the team’s dedication and pride in their work.

Ordered 2 pizzas and salad for takeout. My order taker paid full attention to my order. However the one doing my Mom / Aunt's order was all over the place. He put the salad into a dine in bowl, even after finding out it was takeout order, wrong dressing, and honestly all out unacceptable service.
