You can only really make a first impression the very first time. I made my $34 dollar order online and go all the way to the kino and Tucson Marketplace location ( I am closer to the Valencia one) to pick it up cause I wanted to see how this spot is compared to the others. When I get inside the restaurant I go and wait over by the online order pick-up section so someone can notice and help me. I end up having to wait till one of the 4 or 5 workers that were there had finished with the line before someone even saw I was there. No one looked my way, no one said anything to me. (My order was the only one on the shelf)
I told the lady 3 times what my name was and even showed her my order online. She claimed that she could not make out my name and called me "Pedro in front of everyone, š²š³ I was like wow, really? Everyone that was dining in looked over at us. I was so embarrassed. I said lady, I said my name 3 times to you. It's the only order on the shelf there. She finally looked at the name on the order and said" yep, this is it." And handed me my order. I got outta there as quickly as possible knowing I would never go to that location ever again. From now on, I will stick to either the grant or Valencia locations where at least I am treated with some respect and...

I recieved email confirmation for both orders, debit card was charged and everything, but when I arrived they only had my 2nd order ready, as for my 1st order it was no where to be found. I had to show them the confirmation email and repeat my whole order 3 times. After basically quizzing me on my order, and realizing I wasn't pulling their leg, they threw my order together with no little extra throw in for the inconvenience. I'm not one to be all about getting some kind of compensation for a mistake but when I'm questioned like that I kinda thought maybe something more than just "sorry about that, that's so weird??" like a extra drink or free panda stuffy ,but it's okay food was still bomb diggity just unsure if I'll use the online ordering...

When I arrived at work I had discovered no fried rice. I thought I would call the store, provide my order number, and receive some sort of compensation for my next potential purchase at this specific establishment. Well, for one, there was no phone number listed on the receipt to address any potential issues. Two, I called the business several times over a span of minutes and no one answered the phone.
