Used to work for this company, the owners are cheap and only care about their money not the customers. Lack on replacing everything thatās broken, water damage , broken seals for fridges and proofers. Fridges barely work. Bad plumbing. They donāt update menus. The district manager (amida aka ādeedeeā) and also slacks on everything to cut cost and save a penny for her bonus, sheās got an extremely high turnover rate. She treats people terrible and makes it a miserable work environment to be apart of. Wants you to do everything so she can take credit and look good for the owners. She went to a Cinnabon college course in Atlanta and still has very poor customer service. The only rinse their aprons with water. The place has roaches and flys and gnats because of the poor food and safety standards going on, crew is always on their phone, smoking up front and in the back. All of their used rags just get thrown in a 5gal bucket with a lid until they get moldy and stinky and the district manager only has us put them in Clorox for 30 min to ācleanā them without any agitation like a washing machine. They donāt sanitize their drink machine they just put the parts in soda water. Iāve never seen ādeedeeā clean the ice machine. She can hardly pick up a pen off the floor. A lot of favorites going on. She just wants a team to take advantage of. Coworker had a bad drinking problem always showing up drunk every payday. Other co workers could walk out in the middle of a shift and leave the rest of the crew short staffed and no consequences would ensue . I call off with a doctors note because I smashed my finger outside of work and had to get a subungal hematoma trephination and Amida āDeedeeā the district manager said āIT DOESNT MATTERā and demanded I come in to clean for her corporate inspection. Since I couldnāt cover for that drunk person she had threatened my position and hired a replacement in the time span of my 3 day medical leave . If YOU want to go to a families funeral, or have a appointment or medical emergency it doesnāt matter to her . Deedee only ran park place until recently, there is a reason they have such a low rating. Park places location is 3x the size of the Tucson mall location and Tucson mall would still do better back when they were separately managed . In the time that I worked with her we lost over 10 people , not considering all the people sheās losing at park place . Iāve had people stop coming for morning coffees, mall sodas for employees and customers stop coming just because of her . Point is sheās a all around ugly person inside and out. Thatās why I chose to leave, when I did leave she kept my tips that the whole crew has been working hard since may for . It probably had other people who quit tips in there too. I know two others who didnāt get their tips before leaving. One quit this company twice and they kept his tips both times. Shady shady shady. Welcome to Cinnabon. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Wouldnāt even eat at this establishment myself, Especially after working there. Definitely wasnāt proud to work there . Will be reviewing on everywhere else for this location and park place. The Hispanic woman working the front counter this morning 12/3/23 at 12.30pm should not be employed by anyone. Her customer service skills are nonexistent. Went to order 2 cinnamon rolls and an iced coffee. Was told it'd be an 8 minute wait which is perfectly fine, I'd rather get them fresh anyway and this was our interaction.
Me: " Hi, I'd like to order 2 regular cinnamon rolls plea..." (Cuts me off before I could even finish my sentence.)
Her: "I don't have any it's gonna be an 8 minute wait."
Me: "That's ok, I'd like to order an iced coffee too"
Her: (in the most aggressive way possible) "I don't have any coffee right now"
Me: "Ok how long until it's ready"
Her: (even more attitude at this point) "WHEN I DECIDE TO MAKE IT."ššš
Not, I'll get on it and it'll be this long. No, when SHE DECIDES to make it!!! Money isn't made when customers want things but only when she is in the mood to work. Absolutely unacceptable. I expect that low level of customer service at a McDonald's or Walmart but sadly in this situation their customer service is SIGNIFICANTLY superior. This was only our 2nd time at your establishment and this woman has represented your company in such a horrible way that I will never return.
As I was leaving I made sure to remind her that she IS on the clock AND getting paid so she might want to start doing her JOB. Hopefully she did and no other customer has to experience...

I ordered a four pack and the young lady told me she could not sell me a four pack. However for $6.00 each and some change I could order four individual cinnamons. I am looking at a whole tray of the buns in front of me. The young lady tried to explain as to why she could not sell me a four pack. I left dazed and confused. And without my cinnamons.
